There have been people who have tulpa that've enriched their lives and helped them get through trauma, or even suicidal thoughts. I simply wanted to say that it was a positive experience for me, my boyfriend, and all the dozens of people with tulpa I've met through the years I've done this. It can be strange and scary to a lot of people, I get that. But I for one am glad I did it. Once again... not trying to convert anyone. You don't have to try it if you don't want to, but if you don't want to try it, maybe just read about it? It's pretty interesting as a phenomenon all on it's own. Either way, I gotta head out now.
