Looks like you've got a case of symbol drawing, which is drawing 'eyes' and 'nose' instead of the abstract shapes that make up those parts. Try observing the shape of things and drawing those shapes before any detailing.
Drawing a thing every day is a great way to improve so keep doing that and don't let drawing things become a chore, because the moment you stop having fun drawing you'll drop it fast.

Zootopia occupies such a woefully underrepresented place in fiction. I'm pretty big on old-school Aristotelian-type views on the importance of friendship, and it's always pissed me off that romance is privileged over it. So many people are emotionally stunted because they don't know how to have intimate, non-romantic opposite sex friendships. When I first heard that the male and female protagonists in Zootopia have a deep non-romantic friendship, I was thrilled. Pairing characters off needlessly doesn't teach people to value romance more, it teaches them to see friendship as inferior. It's sad. Very, very few relationships actually benefit from the addition of sex. It's tragic that "love" has come to exclude the love between friends in the public consciousness. Then I finally saw the movie.
