/r/ Help me draw my bf's OC?

I've got one of my own, and i'll refrain from begging for anything of her as of this thread, but I need a little help with this, because my budget is limited and I find that something that I could just draw couldnt really compare to a proper reference for this thing.
Its for my bf, and I would want it to be in the hands of an artist that has an idea of what they're doing.

Now explanatory garbage aside, i'll get right to the details...

The character is supposed to be a somewhat generic anthro black cat, think something like Mae of night in the woods, younger and less mature in more complicated proportions.
He's specified to me that the idea of the character is that she's supposed to be consistently drowsy or sleepy, with sweaters that have long sleeves that go over the arms. She could be bottomless for all I care, but the sleeves are important.
She is of course female, and is supposed to have GENEROUS breasts. I of course say generous because I understand that asking for huge ass titties on your OCs is a meme and might drive some away, really anything that works is good, but he likes to describe her to me as having a good handful of breast in each palm.
And with a touch of chub, as the more there is of her, the more there is to love!
I appreciate any efforts taken to draw this or comments on these ideas!

This is an ice mage character I created for a scrapped RPG maker project. If anyone wants to draw her doing ice mage things, that would be cool.
She's a little girl, 10-12 years old, with the idea being that she's a little powerhouse that doesn't even really know her own strength. Yet despite all that magic power, she's still got the body of a little girl. In terms of gameplay the point was that she was the quintessential glass cannon character.

Serious question, how do you fuckos manage to have characters? The closest I get is with my personas and gf's personas which are basically the same people in different bodies as they are our avatars. All the characters I have attempted to make beyond that felt like a failure because they seemed to be a mix of our(me and gf) traits, both in looks and personality.

I do make a bunch of one-shot randoms on the spot so I don't have to always draw me or gf though. But they are just for looks, I rarely even think of a general background story for them.

I used to have semi-fleshed out characters back when I was lonely as shit, but they were pretty much only there to draw lewds of. They only really got a 'story' because people on tumblr gave interesting ask prompts and their backgrounds kinda developed from there.
Nowadays, my Pathfinder/DnD characters are who I focus on. They get their own stories for the games of course but I draw lewds of them too. I have a sortof fursona in this thread too that still has a developing story.
