What colorway is everyone hoping for/expecting for Gyro 2nd? I think bubblegum Gyro is pretty likely (he'd go well with a blue or green Johnny), or maybe blonde with his wine-colored shirt. Probably won't ever get that sweet leopard cape, though.

Star Platinum Part 4 without a doubt but I always wondered how fun the Kinnikuman SAS are.

Part 3 Dio is pretty fun but I'm leaning on Annasui or Shinichi from Parasyte as my top accessory picks.

IBM from Ajin again. Simple black but the texture all over is great with the open head being a nice addition. It really lends something distincitve with the lanky look he has.

Gyro came in today. The plastic quality noticeably cheap. His head, especially, is very low-grade compared to other SAS. There's some light shading, but it might as well not be there at all. I managed to get one without any paint fuckups though, which is nice. His eyes really are soulless without the highlights though. (Although the RAH doesn't have highlights either and manages to look more expressive.) His head is also on some weird fucking peg which is unlike any other SAS; I really don't care for it.

Despite all that, he's not a bad figure, he just falls really far from the mark of what one would expect from Medicos--which is already a low bar to begin with. For all its faults, it's still nice to have a Gyro in this scale.

There's supposedly a fanbase in Japan but I have no idea if it's actually prominent or just a growing target segment to make figures for versus other companies within this scale range.

Medicos has picked different series (Parasyte but opting for the manga design instead of the recent anime design for Shinichi, Ajin due to the anime, Drifters, again due to the anime and Tokyo Ghoul). However, it feels like a shotgun approach strategy just to see what areas they can tackle beyond just JJBA. Someone must've shown the heads something of merit to justify RWBY and make all those girls like the other series.

I really wish they would revisit since someone drew up a Nendoroid mock-up and I figure it would be easy to translate to a full 6 inch figure going by the accessories shown off but also the current offerings of the original with the extended arm and bladed hand options.

I really wish Medicos had played to its strengths and tackled series that fit its sculpting style.

They went the route with smaller hip joints so the legs can achieve the splits like that. There's enough freed up space from the sculpt to allow that which is a step forward for articulation. The shoulder setup may be new to Gyro since he doesn't use butterfly joints.

Got Gyro myself a couple of days ago. My only real complaint is the lifeless eyes, but if people would just look past that for a moment, the figure's articulation is really quite impressive. Getting him into more dynamic poses actually makes him look great. They almost had another Joseph with this figure.

Mista and Nanarcia are pretty fun from what I've seen and read in past threads. I barely see much of Abbachio and Moody Blues, and Bruno/Sticky Fingers are always fun if you can work with the zipper acessories. Fugo and Purple Haze are solid also.

Go for Mista first since he has a strong acessory setup and work a bit towards who displays best with others.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this. But I ordered a used Okuyasu from Solaris Japan a while ago. Thinking about this illustration makes me want characters done in some of their alternate outfits.

Does anyone have pictures of Gyro's neck joint? I've seen people mention that his head is on a peg and not the usual ball joint, but I haven't seen any photos of it.

Bruno and Mista are my recommendations for first picks.
Mind you, the 2nds look great together, but I don't think Bruno 1st would be good to display by Mista 2nd's side, since both are white, and vice-versa too, both being blue. I don't actually have the first versions, but I did get Gio 2nd first and he didn't look very nice by Bruno 2nd's side, since both are blue, so I guessed this could be a similar case for Mista and Bruno. Pink Giorno by Blueno and Mista 2nd is amazing tho.

What's next for me guys? I've been delaying buying Killer Queen for 9 months now, the price is a turn off but I'll get it eventually, S&W eventually too. Gyro is on his way. Debating between Diavolo or Bruno, or just go for Giorno and Gold Expirience and call it a day with the Jojos

Diavolo is my personal favorite of that bunch sheerly due to his gorgeous paint apps and colorway. Killer Queen is fun as fuck to mess with though due to his great articulation, and Bruno is a fantastic figure with very creative accessories

There's no reason why you would use Solaris if you lived there anyway.
