Saw some at a local fleamarket but they were like $6.50 each and that seemed steep for their size, so I tried to look them up online and see if they're cheaper somewhere but have no idea how to find them.

Yes, it can be removed, but it's more so glued on and it'll ruin the body. The sculpt of the torso was also made to accommodate this so without the cape, the shoulders look like shit. No, I don't have a pic, saw it in a facebook group and I'm not digging through it.

That anon who was supposedly an insider for Bandai did answer a similar question regarding the Buu figures, saying that they'll be released around the time the series (Buu Kai) airs in the states. No Buu yet but we have got a new SSJ3 Goku as well as a new Majin Vegeta prototype that's probably bound to come out at some point.

Not much of a confirmation of any sort but it at least gives a general idea of sorts. They still have those Vados and Champa prototypes stored away that might see release sometime when U6 airs dubbed.
