I see you like concept art from The Lego Movie
I also like concept art from The Lego Movie

>>6251240
That's actually terrifying.
>>6251243
that is a very fecal looking boulder.
>Build something worthy of riding into Valhalla, shiny and chrome.
Waiting in line at the wall to wall mart with a zodiac, Batgirl, and dick grayson in hand, and needing cash back to go garage sailing for more klocki.
When did my life get so terrible
>>6251280
Sounds like you're having a good time anon
I can't wait for garage sale season
>>6251280
You call that bad me and my girl call that a fun afternoon. Our plans tomorrow are to hit up some old Kmarts about 40 miles out going out of business soon and see if they have any good klocki and MH dolls on clearance.
Seriously life is bad when you hit hard drugs or sleep around till you get an std. Buying interchangeable bricks that can help battle dementia isn't a bad thing.
>>6251289
I live in Florida. It's always garage sale season
>>6251280
Unless you need that money for food or needs I'm not seeing that as a bad thing.
>>6251290
>me and my girl
GEE I WONDER WHY YOUR SITUATION IS BETTER
>>6251290
You, uh, you hunt of the monsters?
You wish to be of the mizu's?

>yet another anon who has a gf that enjoys lego with
I swear this is becoming a meme at this point.
>>6251314
I also have the gilfrend. She's actually really excited about coming over to play with Legos with me tomorrow. :)
>>6251322
>Legos
>>6251324
>>6251314
I know this will be offense to say but it's the truth: if you are not happy now she won't fix that, you will just be mad you bought into a meme to fix that.
>>6251317
I got that reference.jpeg
>>6251321
She enjoys MH dolls and Transformers. Lego Bricks just luckily are in the same stores and isles as her interests.
So how much do you all spend on danishblokken in an average month?
I hover somewhere around $40 USD per month, some months upwards of $80-90, and some where I don't buy anything. Almost all of it is cracklink.
>>6251333
about $60 usd
It's mostly been mostly mixels and clearance sets.
>>6251329
What weapon do you main?
Also, >>>/vg/172003231
>>6251290
Yeah same. the other day me and mine went to a park and did some photos with the minifigs I had on me. shit's nice.
>>6251346
My very own african american
Do you have XX?
>>6251333
In the past two weeks I've spent 120+ on myself, plus another 60 on bricklink on an out of production NIB ideas set my GF is going to love
>>6251324
Sorry, I meant to say "play with LEGO ® brand molded plastic Building Blocks™ with me" but I decided to abbreviate it to save everyone some trouble.
I keep telling myself I'll keep brickfoot on my person and when we take photos out I'll put him somewhere in the background around us but never take the next step.
>>6251348
Not anymore. Gave it to my brother when I was finished with it. I have weird commitment issues with vidia games.
>>6251294
More like I'm an engineering student wasting too much time on blocks that I should be spending on hw or job apps. I'm just irresponsible
>>6251356
Ah, aight then. Maybe soul sacrifice?
Is there going to be a series 2 for the Disney CMFs?
>>6251387
probably, but not until 2019
>>6251411
Fuck
>>6251417
Why do you want to have another overpriced CMF series again?
>>6251422
Hoping for Beauty and the Beast figs.
I barley ever pay full price for lego though
>>6251355
>but I decided to abbreviate it to save everyone some trouble.
"Lego" is shorter than "Legos" though...
Here's what I made tonight.
Finally got inspired to make the lime green hoverbike. It's a sea turtle! I used just about all of my lime green pieces except a few bricks and a few round studs.
>>6251558
Neat!
Why didn't these things ever catch on?
>>6251580
Dunno, but at least their parts are cheap.
>>6251580
Let's see.
Most of the civilized world doesn't care about hockey. The parts are only really usable for Bonkle/Technic folks, and maybe not even really for them. They were ugly as sin.
>>6251243
>10 wide car
>>6251580
Oh, I remember those times. This shit probably one of the reasons for my dark ages.
>>6251580
Because casuals don't know what to do with those weird parts
>every time I try to run Stud.io it just freezes and then crashes
>LDD goes automatically to Safe Mode and then it crashes when it's loading bricks
Is my computer just too much of a potato or is there something I'm missing?
>>6251643
Depends, what are your specs?
>>6251293
I also live in Florida, but it's only garage sale season on Friday and Saturday. Maybe Thursday if I'm lucky.
>>6251580
Sports in general is a theme without much to build. You have flat courts or fields and maybe a net or bleachers. They're obviously not going to do huge stadium sets either.
Western I think has this problem, but not as bad because there are SOME things you can build, but a lot of it is just desert.
>General Magmar will never penetrate my tight virgin boypuccio
fffuuukk i hate life now!
>>6251677
General magmar? Sorry, I like real men who don't feel the need to compensate.

His own mount looks pretty cool, but the car is late Chima tier or worse, it's a bit sad that build-wise NK in general gets short end of the stick compared to Ninjago or even City.
>>6251707
What set he's in?
>>6251718
Year one of Nexo was pretty solid, considering. Only mecha horse, thunder mace and evil mobile could be considered bad, and even then they're not THAT terrible.
Year two has some stupid things, though. I want this set only for Robot Hood, for example
my inspiration is ded so have a repost for the thread challenge
>>6251355
>>6251551

Ok maybe two reposts
>>6251580

Has anyone found a use for the bot parts?
>>6251642
How are those hips connected to the thighs?
>>6251729
Actually, I think he got you.
>>6251737
the torso can be paired with claws to make a mech hand; other than that I got nothing.
Made a little stationary mining drone for Ice Planet 2002. Actually a remake of a pretty old Mars Mission moc I made a long time ago, but it got taken apart since the white parts had yellowed.
>>6251766
>he plays Overwatch on console
LMAO WTF
>>6251771
I have it for PC too.
>>6251737
The shoulders are great for any sort of industrial structures.
The bodies are hard to use, but obviously work as greebling
>>6251771
what the fuck is this abomination
Relevant cause of the trailer I guess, but better shot of the Lego JL. Looks like a new arm piece for Cyborg.
>>6251766 (You)
I would also like to introduce my new Minifig part storage solution.
So far has been very helpful, and I'm still only locating minifig parts I have mixed in with my other bricks, a good first step in sorting my collection.
I highly recommend anyone to journey on over to your closest Home Depot/Lowes/other supply place and buy one of these:
There are ones with different sized mini-containers if you want to sort yours differently. I just sorted mine similar to how Bricklink and Build-A-Minifigure Stands do.
I thought this was a furry edition thread. Was about to get off and never comeback.
>>6251796
Might just be the regular robot arm from Agents/cmf
>>6251796
I dunno, looks like it could just be a stylized silver arm with one of those newer 1x1 studs in light blue with the handbar attachment on top
>>6251723
>Year two has some stupid things, though. I want this set only for Robot Hood, for example
Just built that last night, and as a whole its not bad:
For as simple as the cycle build is, it's a much better vehicle compared to Lance's Twin Jouster, and the Stone Warrior is so fun to fiddle with he hasn't left my person since.
He's basically a more figure-like Mixel!
>>6251798
>Double (You)
Oops. Deleted post to fix a mistake and created another mistake. Ah well.
>>6251796
I just want a Cyborg helmet and body print I can use for a Teen Titans-style Cyborg, even if it's a Teen Titans Go fig that I can convert. And a normal Raven fig, of course, so I can have a full group of Titans.
>>6251809
I'm wondering if we'll even get the TTGo Raven fig, since Dimensions may be finished.
>>6251798
I used to sort my torsos by setting, but now I just sort them by color.
>>6251580
short answer: how many sports and lego fans do you know that would pay premium price for these?
>>6251810
If not, hopefully they'll do something like they did with the Jokerland set, where they have figs obviously inspired by the TV Teen titans. Robin is pretty much 100% show accurate along with Beast Boy, Starfire's costume was show accurate too, all I did was switch her hair to classic Poison Ivy's hair from pic related and BAM! TT Starfire. They probably wanted to put a Raven fig in there too but didn't have the budget, so hopefully they'll be able to insert her into another set.
apparently everyone hates Lego bricks in the South PA/North WV, US area. Becuase I'm still finding piles of deep clearance sets at every Bam, TRU and Walmart. Just got this coming home today. 16 and some change was the grand total.
Might go back out and just buy out all the $1 Mixels I saw today becuase I've been trying to be fair and let other people get a shot at them.
>>6251798
I think the absolute cheapest place for these would be Harbor Freight. But of course they don't have it with 10 bins, only 8, or shallower 20-bin options
>>6251798
Step it UP son!
While my old standby of the Husky 22 in. Cantilever Organizers (pictured)/Toolboxes have been out moded by their Rolling Connect System:
http://www.homedepot.com/s/Husky%252022%2520in.%2520Connect?NCNI-5
I'm pretty sure the bins from their Deep Organizer are still cross compatable even if the case itself won't stack:
http://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-16-1-2-in-8-Bin-Deep-Pro-Organizer-Black-211102/203329198
Dewalt/Stanley FatMax TSTAK system has a better stacking and locking game, but is rather lacking in the actual organization department:
https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_gnr_fkmr0?rh=i%3Atools%2Ck%3Astanley+tstak&keywords=stanley+tstak&ie=UTF8&qid=1490457328
The absolute best for a AFOL/Lego Maniac would seem to be the Bosch Click & Go system:
https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_n_0?fst=as%3Aoff&rh=n%3A228013%2Cn%3A15709201%2Ck%3Abosch+click+%26+go%2Cp_89%3ABosch&keywords=bosch+click+%26+go&ie=UTF8&qid=1490457454&rnid=468240&ajr=0
Indivdual bins, cases for bins, foam inserts FOR said cases, stack-able boxes with slots to slide said cases into as well as drawers, dollies and a freaking HAND TRUCK to wheel said boxes around with; The only thing stopping me from using this is how heavily I've already invested into Husky organizers and the premium price.
>>6251700
>Lord Krakenskull will never rape you with stone tentacles
No seriously that's his name.
i couldnt doge the whale croc meme, so i had to buy third set today.
thanks guys.
>>6251882
Premium price is right. The cheapest initial buy-in that would make sense to me would be:
L-Boxx: $60
Org53-12 for the top section: $23
2x organizer drawers: 2x $43
= $169
OR
L-Rack kit: $123
3x Org53-12 to populate the drawers: 3x $23
= $192
That's for 3 levels of 12 containers each.
The alternative is I pick up 3 of the 10 compartment deep organizers for ~$18-20 each, and get the same amount of storage space. The downside is I don't get industrial/construction grade equipment, or a single handle to carry it with. Neither seems worth the extra $100 for me when all I'm storing is chunks of ABS.
>>6251924
Additionally instead of buying a specialty hand truck for $155 I could build one of these for probably about $40 in decent lumber
>>6251700
NANI?
>>6251924
>>6251927
Well the whole point of the system is the modularity of the bins, plus the fact that you can buy whichever you want.
Here's a better Amazon link that shows the LBOXX-1A:
https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_ex_n_1?rh=n%3A228013%2Cn%3A328182011%2Cn%3A13400691%2Ck%3Abosch+click+%26+go%2Cp_89%3ABosch&bbn=13400691&keywords=bosch+click+%26+go&ie=UTF8&qid=1490461646
And yeah, it's pricey, but the sheer portability alone appeals to a Brikwars player like myself:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UuBMKw3FcnE
>>6251737
I enjoy collecting the heads for turning minifigs into robots, though it's cheaper just to buy the heads direct. I do have a few of those little guys. I'll probably part them out.
>>6251801
next one will be Furry Rod Edition so you can get off easier <3
>>6251828
Damn, nice haul. with $1 Mixels I'd just grab every one, probably.
Bought some chinasauruses the other day, this one came without a leg so I rebuilt her.

>>6252125
>>6252124
There is a dark blue version of pic related, I believe, which could be used to lengthen the fingers. They'd be a tad fat, but might not be too terrible. Hard to say without seeing them on the model.
I'll have to check again to be certain but I believe some came with the creator toy store and grocery set.

No. Hell no. We are so lucky their original plans for Jurassic Park 4 were scrapped.
>>6252054
That's a damn clever fix.
My Lunar Limo came. Guess I should crack 'er open and take a look-see.
>>6252002
>Furry Rod
I decided to go with Furry Road instead. Did I do it right?
>>6252169
Weaponized dinosaurs are eventually going to happen in the franchise.
The human/dino hybrid lizardman bullshit is what we're lucky they abandoned.

Well technically it already was since that was what Dr. Wu was secretly working on with bigger and badder dinosaurs. I seriously don't know about a Jurassic Park installment that's basically a Dino Riders movie.
>>6252222
There are all kinds of new things, anon. If you pile every piece of new onto your plate and shovel it into your mouth regardless of quality or taste, it isn't our fault if you wind up with a bellyache. New doesn't mean it is a good idea by default.

Dudes. This came in and was late so it was free. I don't want to call our thread with non Lego so if your interested let me know and I'll post more pics.
The TL DR version is if you're a fan of Pokemon this is quality
>>6252259
>>6252259
Ive been on the fence about getting that, so fuck yes, full review and pics pls. Also, fuck anyone who whines about it, post anyway.
>>6252259

>>6252248
Pics of hitler and his ride please
>>6252263
I hear you I was on the fence for months, don't know finally pulled the trigger and really glad I did.
The figures are okay, they are stiff and hold together well. the brick built pokes are really strange, but I'll be honest I didn't get it for them. Clutch power is great almost tighter then lego. Like it was hard to put 1x10s on anything. But that is good in my book. I had no missing pieces, actually had about 20 extra.
The set is comfy 10/10. There are some areas in the back that are small and wouldn't pass tlg standards for minifig sizing, but honestly it is super fun for posing. My son is using it as a base for his space men to dock at and get cargo. Dad had to throw in his custom porygon and trainer for kicks.
Honestly huge set For $50. And no real quality issues that I noticed. But then again I don't care about figs or the pokemon that came with.
Ama if you want.

>>6252252
The build is pretty simple, and should be obvious from the first picture, if not then this should help.
>>6252324
Don't you want non-stubby fingers, anon? That's what people said they wanted. Are you not prepared to accept the consequences of desiring thicc fingers? When you're already bending over like that?
I wish Lego had done a CMF line for Scooby-Doo with all the classic villains. Shit would have been cash.
>>6251749
There are no hips on that figure.
>>6252342
Agreed. Would have rather had Scooby CMFs than The Simpsons.
>>6251558
Did a little touching up on this green hoverbike. Mostly just switching colors around.
This biker gang is complete, but I just ordered fifty bucks worth of hoverklocki.
>>6248963
Interesting designs, anon. Reminds me I've been meaning to make a big gun for Axl. I'm dubious as to whether this will even work or not but it's no fun if you don't break out your bricks and try, right?

I mean, I kinda like this one, but at the same time, I'm disappointed. is he hard to find? or do my fingers just not work?
>>6252254
Neat, I'm not the only Kyuss fan here.
>>6252422
I would have felt for the spiky shoulderpad armor.
>>6252422
I'd say a little more practice is all. Anecdotally, when these first hit it seemed every other figure I fondled was either Cat Man or Glam Metal Batman, but when I finally decided to buy GMB he proved elusive.
>>6252367
thanks, anon! As for Axl, I have a suggestion
>>6252422
>>6252432
>I would have felt for the spiky shoulderpad armor.
Yeah, Glam Bat is one of the few with shoulder armor, so that's one of the first things you feel for.
>>6252436
the ULTIMATE team
>>6252436
That's a nice looking weapon
I hate stud shooters on their own, but they make a cool component for a heavy gun.
>>6252443
thanks! and, same, they make absolutely terrible pistols.
What weapon is that, second from left? I can't recognize the big front piece.
>>6252462
Belville camcorder
>>6252465
Walkie talkie would have been Jim Gordon, I believe.
>tfw you know you spent too much on legos
the itch appears again, some of these parts are really expensive, .50 cents each for sand green, can someone tell me why? The 1x6 sand green gets upwards of a dollar. What makes one color more expensive than others? There are some colors which just look rarer in general, but they cost peanuts in comparison to some of these colors, like sand green for example. Also slopes cost like 50 cents each. Is there like a reference to what costs the most and what doesn't?
>>6252468
You can make some fun guns. And gun jetpacks.
>>6252483
If a color doesn't appear in many sets then it will be more expensive
That's basic economic shit
>>6252487
Pretty much this. Sand Green is a pretty uncommon color in general.
>>6252487
PaB at the Lego store here has had sand green 1x2 plates, 1x1 bricks and 1x1 bricks with a stud on two of the sides, the wall had a label on them saying they're a fan favorite or something. Other than filler parts they aren't really useful for me, seeing as there's not much sand green in general that isn't pricy and the color doesn't really go well with many others.
>tfw based lime green has much better representation
>>6252483
>Sand Green
>>6252502
If the PAB wall had even 1x2 bricks it would be so great
>>6252326
you really should build a cain model from robocop, you have the legs down pretty good already.
>>6252514
Don't think I've ever seen any bricks in sand green bigger than 1x1. I wonder how they decide on what to stock in the walls, seems like they're especially fond of trans-red 1x1 flat pieces, don't think I've ever gone there and not seen at least one variant in the wall. It does make for a convenient supply of lego blood.
Would you pay $5.00 plus shipping from Denmark for a gold automatic pistol

The reason I was looking at golden guns in the first place was because I just placed a 536-piece order for additional cracki, which includes a pair of kickass golden nozzleguns that I only happened to notice at the last minute before checkout.
This lead me to the main point of the post, where I didn't notice that the seller had a trans-red X-Pod container until after I checked out and paid. I messaged him and asked if I could make a second order for just that and add the shipping cost to the original order, but he said not to worry about it and that he would just throw the red X-Pod in for free.
Ok guys, I got another. My zodiac army is shaping up nicely.
>>6252588
They've infiltrated nicely
>>6252436
The Nexo Knights look pretty good with these kinds of weapons. Makes me wish that the theme was full space knight except for Ninjago but with knights and also still robots.
So when I was looking where this golden gun >>6252559 was from, I noticed that the promo photo shows a gold uzigun, but the actual set contains the gold gas pump nozzle pictured above.
Really wish they had released it instead of swapping it to the nozzle.
>>6252588
One of them is asking the other if he's sure they're in the right place. He pulls out the flyer. "Thugs 4 Less". Yep, he's sure.
>>6252593
Agreed on the space knights. I had some hope the Knighton Castle would be some kind of flying fortress that could be converted to space, but nooooo.
Maybe Lego will do space for some future wave, or a reboot. Meanwhile I'm very slowly building it myself, Space Fortrex is in progress.
>>6252612
We need more theme hybrids. Castle/Space seems like a great place to start.

KNOCKOFFS GO BACK TO YOUR OWN THREAD
Man, Mixels just had some awesome parts and colors. Makes me feel bad all my experiences with them have been deep clearance. Anyway here's a random wheel bot made from about 6 bags/2 sets of the ninja Mixels. Any of you more experienced guys have tips on holding it up for displaying? It's a bit tricky being displayed since it's a mono wheel bot.
Woah, compared to the knights and Ninjago battlepack this one is shit
>>6253030
I think both battlepacks are shit compared to last year's
Seriously, how do you go from 4 minifigs to 3 the year later and keep them in the same fucking price range
>>6253044
But we get 3 unique minfigs.
>>6253044
Because people pay 3.99+ on a random blind bag Lego figure. Also these new sets have more "unique" parts.
What is the best stud width for building a 1.6 metre wide car?
>>6253075
For one minifig or two people seated next to eachother?
>>6253078
I'm not sure yet. I want to build a Toyota AE86. Whatever would look best really
>>6253082
for proportions and detail i'd go 6wide plus fenders. It's a bit oversized in some aspects compared to minifigs because of their weird proportions, but 8 looks best for trucks etc. imo.
4 can work in a classic styling, but it will look "chibi' so to speak.
6wide allows for two figures side by side, but this will raise the height of the roofline if you don't use the chassis pieces that speed champions sets use for example.
Here's a moc from someone else that posts here.

Armybuilding only goes retard when the amount of minifigs you display is severely improportionate to the amount of actual builds.
Building a large spacebase with a lot of mostly similar people walking around in it is fine. Having a lot of different spaceships in a fleet with similar pilots and crew is fine.

Any advice on selling a very large collection of Lego? I collected from ~2005 to 2012 and
pic related is a pretty old picture from ~2011 I think. The Star Destroyer, my UCS Millennium Falcon as well as many of my other valuable sets I already sold, but the remainder, such as all my sorted pieces and whatnot is still worth quite a lot I think, at least ~$10,000+ if not more if I look at the value of each set that makes up all those pieces, at least the value that I paid for them.
I'm just tired of lugging all of it around with me, I haven't touched any of it in years since sorting all the pieces, and I don't build anything anymore as I have moved on to other hobbies.
>>6253358
Those tiny legs
>>6253359
You'll come back to it. I've sold my collection three times and I always regretted it. One day you'll get home from work, your friends will be busy or out of town, you'll pour yourself some bourbon and start building.
>>6253359
>Collecting lego star wars products for over 5 years.
I guess since there are always lego stans but seriously? I've been buying legos on and off since I was a kid and Lego makes it pretty apparent that while they retire star wars sets they will remake them and make a shit ton of improvements.
Its never worth it buying old star wars sets.
>>6253359
>moved on to other hobbies
Not welcome.
>>6253362
Yeah, I started building larger legs, but then realized that this was much funnier.
Here's what the underside of the Lektrik Gluv looks like
Realized after posting that the back side was kind of sparse, so I added another gold chain on the shoulder.
>>6253359
I kept all the instructions, there's a lot of them, but I did toss almost all the boxes out of stupidity / not wanting to hoard shit.
Some of the bricks are from various bricklink orders over the years as well.
Cataloging my collection will be a massive pain in the ass though, counting all the individual bricks, by color and whatnot would take weeks, if not months of work / time. I'd honestly just sell it for less money than take all the time to do that crap.
>>6253364
I doubt it, I'm over it. I held off on selling the Millennium Falcon for quite some time, until I realized I could get nearly $4,000 for it, and then did it immediately. I also got several thousand from selling things like Cafe Corner, the UCS Y-Wing, Star Destroyer (I think I got $1,600 for the destroyer, nearly $800 for Cafe Corner), as well as the Taj Mahal which I sold for over $2,000.
I mean the Falcon was just one small part of my collection and I got nearly half of what I would be looking to get for everything else. I probably spend over $20k on Lego over that time period, if not more. I'm done with it though, found new hobbies that just interest me more than Lego and I haven't touched it or built anything in years. I need the money more than I want to keep the collection too sadly.
>>6253371
Maybe the smaller sets, yes, but look at things like the UCS Snowspeeder. I sold mine for nearly $500 a few years ago, still haven't remade a new one. Besides, people still collect the old sets just to collect them. Also, I collected a lot more than lego star wars sets. I also made a shit ton of money from selling off many of the larger Star Wars sets I bought over the years.
>>6253384
Don't be mad, I'm just hoping someone here has done the same thing before. People move on from hobbies all the time, it's just time for me to let go of all this shit, it's a burden to me at this point in my life.
>>6253359
Somone Ebay sold their +500 set collection that included UCS Falcon, Eiffel, Yoda Bust, bunch of other rare shit. I think it sold for claimed retail of $17K. The shipping was something outrageous so I can't remember if it was for local pickup only. Dude said freight would cost a couple grand, it was like 900 pounds of Lego.

>>6253359
I'm drooling just looking at your bulk volume, not even thinking about the sets you have... I'd kill to have mine anywhere near as organized as yours.
Have you considered holding onto some of them until you can pass it on to your kids? Probably not the answer you're looking for, but building bricks can be a really nice bonding experience for families.
>>6253348
>Dangling skulls
Stealing this for my raid Zeppelin. Great job also! The Lego 40k Mocs are my favourite
>>6253392
Oh mine is probably over 1k pounds, definitely. That's one of the reasons I want to get rid of it, I'ved moved three times in the past few years, and hauling this heavy ass Lego around with me is such a pain in the ass.
Like I said, I think I could get over $10k for what I have, but if I really had the free time / dedication to completely catalog my collection I could probably get a lot more.
I have a lot of older / rare retired sets and whatnot in the collection.
I had the Eiffel too by the way, can't remember how much I sold it for though. Basically, I was willing to part with my most expensive sets to get as much money as possible quickly, and because it was easier to sell them one by one, but now I've gotten rid of almost all the multi-hundred dollar sets and everything else is in the sub <$100 range to sell and I just don't have the time to do them all individually.
>>6253400
I considered that, but I'm probably never going to have kids, and if I ever do, I'll buy them their own collection. Organizing my collection took forever though, I used to leave things just unsorted or loosely sorted. I save a lot of space in the boxes too by stacking up bricks like pic related. Also allows me to kinda sort them by color as well. Dividers are just cardboard and duct tape.
>>6253407
I'll take it all for $20, with free shipping

So make your own. Official lego sets are usually pretty disappointing anyway. The restrictions involved with producing an offical lego set (piece count, stability, cost, how technical the construction is) usually compromise the overall quality of the set.
I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm always hoping lego'll expand their horizons. I'm just saying you'll probably get a better result if you just build your own.

Both Paramount and Blizzard wanted exclusive pieces only found in those themes sets. Lego wouldn't agree to that. Hasbro and Mega would. Bungie and Activision both were very eager to work with Lego but Lego's taboo with military war themes kept them away. Mario apparently was a royalties issue.
280 dollars for the assembly square.
Can someone red pill me on these creator sets and if you can specifically on this one. The price is pretty high, it looks good on detail and accessories. But is it worth getting these sets and combining them. Are they over expensive. Any particular ones worth having.

i was thinking about this kind of stuff sinse i was a kid.
I was going way too deep with religious stuff and i was just a kid so i didnt understood it fully.
1) i thought that every person just made up his/her own god and religion.
2) its just - the majority of people prefer to stick to one specific religion because they are too lazy to make it themselves
3) so if you make a god and religion for yourself it will be better - just work hard on it, create a world/logic that works for that world and a bunch of rules.
4) I was pretty sure that when i die i will be reincarnated in my own fantasy world.
too bad this religion thing is a bullshit and dont exist. Sometimes i envy people that literally believe in God.
Living in this shithole of a life and knowing that you will go to a better happier world when you die and may be even meet your dead friends/parents/pet sounds so perfect...
It also motivates you to be better/do good deeds/etc.

Mixels died for this post

Reminds me a bit of Indian in the Cupboard threads. "What would you bring to life if you could?"
>>6253846
It's quite simple, Kiddicraft is Judaism, TLG the Roman Catholic Church, Mega Bloks started the Reformation and all the KO brands are the various sects that have sprung up since.
Have a last picture of my Mixels all together (that's all of them) before I deconstructed them all for more storage space.

And here's a dumb cat that likes getting in the way of pictures.

Your cat just needs to be shown who's boss.

>I play Brikwars
Same.
>>6253239
>Okay, so, is it a Lego thing
It was a Brikwars thing, some guy posted an army of horribly disfigured Minifigs and other abominations of Brikthulu...

>The best part is having a whole bunch of Stormtroopers with slight design variations, separating them into their own gangs and make them haze each other.
I did the opposite, had too many slight variations between Clone, Imperial Storm, and First Order Storm Troopers that I just lumped them into a single army.

>Only the civilized world does care about hockey.
Fixed for you senpai. Most sports fans arent fan of lego though.
Hey guys, i'm new to Bricklink, and i wanted your advice on something how to go about it
Is it reliable?
What's the chance my card info will be leaked there?
Does it ever happen that some seller doesn't deliver?
I found a guy with some really low price for something i wanted, but he had a minimum spending total higher than that, i found some other things of his i wanted, most of which were used
But there's one package that says it's new, and it's a big one priced only 1$, even though the regular price is over 100$
This seems a bit too good to be true

it might be part of a super lot. People do this sometimes with CMF packs: they're advertised as very cheap to catch buyers' eyes, with one that's very expensive, and you have to buy the whole lot or nothing.
aside from that
I've got almost a hundred orders and no problems, always paid through paypal
5-6 sellers that sent the wrong thing or had parts missing, all corrected it with a refund or sending out the correct parts
generally pretty decent people
yeah, it happens that a seller doesn't deliver, same as ebay or whatever, but it's rare and with paypal you have some kind of buyer protection; I never had to use it so I don't know how that works.

So Canada's shit outta luck for the Target stuff.

It's reliable like the other guy said, and I would put the sellers above average compared to stuff like ebay, just buy accordingly to what the bricks are actually selling for, and not to overpay some crazy amount, but you see the price all the way through and you can sort them by price so its easy to tell. Just buy whichever is cheaper, that's what I do, and sometimes if it costs like $5 more and can get all the parts from 1 guy, I don't mind paying that.
Also this brings up a question I have, wtf is planetbrick? outrageous prices lol. you are insulting buyers with that price, seriously.
but yeah, bricklink sellers are top notch, just fun people in general, kind of hard to get screwed on there.
So, anyone got any custom lego knights?
