Do you have a Bumblebee already? If not, might as well. I don't see much of a reason to get a Chase, unless you're really into collecting characters so obscure they didn't even make it into the original cartoon or are barely mentioned even in the current comics, who probably have included more obscure characters than anything else thus far.

If you're looking for some kind of definitive, super Bumblebee though just go for the MP. Yeah, you'll eat a high cost for a pretty small figure, but he is the best. Otherwise, I think this one is decent. I mean, he's $10, kinda hard to beat that. Thing is my budget is really limited. And I don't really like Bumblebee as a character that much so I don't have any toys of him yet.
I started collecting not long ago and currently have about 10 tfs. All from different lines and styles. (I have wfc Megs next to a Bendy Prime).
I'm really into legends figures, but i don't have any yet because I've been focused with deluxes.
My end goal is to have enough figures to build up a chess game using CHUG figures (Legends figures will be used as pawns given their size, so I need a lot of them without repeating molds).

Wheelie is pretty good. Especially if you luck out like I did and get one who fits together snugly in car mode. I still wouldn't discount Bumblebee though, but you definitely are right in saying there will be other Bee's. This one is currently the best cheap one though. The older ones were pretty bad.

I think TR's had Legends about as strong as CW. Most of'em are good, and even the ones that aren't that great are still worth considering for a purchase.

I have UW Lightspeed and Trickdiamond and I quite like them myself. Though I will say the heads are oddly shaped in both cases.
