So, I kind of want to put together a fuuma shuriken for my Jinrai Indigo. I was thinking I could use four of these and some kind of central connector piece. Anyone know of a piece that has four holes or pegs arranged radially?

Since the blank faces that come with the gourai and stabby-chan gigantic arms kits are flat faced and some of the decals, like the closed eye decals, will only work without sculpted eyes.

Otherwise I may have to invest is recasting the blanks included, or pursue getting a middle man to order more of its possible.

Gaianotes is making the FAG colors but I don't know where I should buy them.

The Grave Arms MSG kit has some parts that might fit the bill with some tweaking.

Giving you an address is standard practice for a forwarder, that's nothing unique. The real issue is that doing things via forwarder means you have to get your one (1) order slip to Japan and not cock anything up. It's more work and waiting but will probably also be a lot cheaper.

1) Drill a 2mm hole in the crotch.
2) Fill the inside with silicone caulk.
3) Powder a sewing needle with talcum/baby powder.
4) Insert powdered needle, powder lightly at the hole entrance every 2mm into the hole until you reach the end.
5) Allow caulk to cure with the needle inside.
6) Once cured, remove the needle carefully. The Powder should have kept it from bonding.
7) Enjoy!

I don't think anyone's pissed. We just have zero information to make serious offers. If you don't give some basic suggestion on the price, you're going to waste a lot of your own time waiting for anons to cautiously try to give you as little as possible.

At minimum tell us whether you're sticking closer to retail price or current aftermarket price so we have somewhat of a reference point. And it would also help a lot to know how many do we have to buy at minimum since you're against selling each one individually.
Answer those two questions and this will be sorted quick and easy.

Just finished building mine with parts breakage in mind, I don't feel pinning is necessary.

The only thing I would advise is lightly sanding down the hip T joint to reduce the friction there. A tight joint plus the torque of moving the legs is enough to snap the joint.

So I've just ordered my first frame arms girl, and I'm about to dive into the wonderful world of making your own doll clothes. I'm going to make something for my shamrock for the time being, but a thought popped into my head a few minutes ago.

Does anyone have any images of frame arms girls with measurements overlayed, or even just with something to show scale Eg a coin (precisely known diameter), or even a ruler?

It's a long shot but it would allow me to estimate some measurements.

Architect introduced arms with slots that could accept an adapter to add a set of 3mm pegs and legs with Girls proportions and connections but that could accept leg armor parts from regular Frame Arms kits. Jinrai uses both of these parts with different feet but also established that they weren't going to use skirts anymore going forward.

After that Baselard added the use of full Shinki-style bodysuits and the first exoframe, Hresvelgr added an exoframe with multiple forms and tits, and Innocentia's adding improved shoulders, although I can't quite tell how they've improved without getting a look.

For the next gen I'd like them to see about improving the spinal joint. Jinrai's ends up bent back a bit if you equip her with much in the way of extra gear, and I have mine loaded with quite a bit.

The skirts weren't much better than the c-strings since they were still showing off the panties.

I wound up giving a coat of German Gray to everything flesh tone below the neck on all the ones I have. It makes for a much nicer look.

Also the tools I used were just a can of Tamiya Surface Primer L, a can of Tamiya German Grey, and a matte top coat. I also got a paintbrush and a small jar of the regular paint to do some touchup on her chest and shoulders since those were damaged a bit by the amount of pressure needed in assembly. The topcoat was applied after she was fully assembled.

The extra parts on mine are the thrusters and arms from a Propellant Tank Square, plus a Boomerang Scythe set that came with the original Jinrai but doesn't come with Indigo. The thrusters are plugged into the side ports on her backpack, then the arms are plugged into the thrusters and hung downward for use as holsters for the extra melee weapons.

If you just want to paint the whole piece a different color, which is what I was doing here, then rattle cans work pretty well. Just make sure you wear a filter mask. You can either use half of the box as a spraybox outdoors or get some sticks, put them in styrofoam, put some sticky tack on the ends and stick the pieces against those. A lot easier than using clips.

Not that I know of. Visualizing what you want it to look like should help give you a general idea, and there's some basic assemblies you can use as a base.

For instance, you can assemble a Propellant Tank Circle and an Exceed Binder into a flight pack with propellant tanks that'll plug into any backpack slot. Use a Propellant Tank Square instead, leave the tanks themselves off, and you'll have a flight pack with a pair of hooks hanging down that you can strap something like a pair of cannons to.

Exceed Binders also make good skirt armor for long skirts, like in pic related.

A lot of Japanese projects on Twitter lately have gotten mileage out of using Killer Beak's wings as a movable cloak a la Gundam Dynames, with the long wings in front and the short wings on the sides. I might do that myself with a build.

If your design calls for a large melee weapon, avoid Mega Slash Edge. I got one as one of my earliest MSG buys and it's really kind of poorly designed. Unite Sword is much more useful for a lot of different builds. If you want it for the giant beam swords, wait for Arsenal Arms to come out. It looks like it'll be a huge improvement.

I was seriously considering making a custom charging bed/chair/station for my shinki by using a USB battery pack as the base so it can really hold power, plus the activity light of the battery would serve as the LED indicator for the charger.
