Pretty meh. Ratchets all feel kinda rickety and huge ass piece of cockpit kibble, fake cockpit chest. Altmode is great, though, it's pretty seamless. You also get a buncha armor pieces and a removable mask so you can have a jetfire or a skyfire.

I got hardhead and skullmasher, and they're great, but I also picked up Skytread, and I'm having an issue with him.

His head/neckpeg won't stay clicked in fully, so he keeps kind of popping out half-way. I can still use him but it feels loose and awkward. Any way tofix that?

I have his face pointed the right way, its just that the head/peg won't stay in the slot all the way. And it's just on him.

Yeah, although I do like Takara Skullcruncher better, just for the visor/face sculpt. It's just a lot cleaner than Hasbro's which is a bit of a mess.

A lot of the reasons that Hasbro's molds look better is because they were designed with their own color schemes in mind. When Takara tries to slap a G1-accurate color scheme on a figure that was designed in IDW style, it doesn't always mesh, and you end up with odd-looking color distribution

If the recent Legends Seekers can manage to properly utilize the cockpit in both modes, a Leader class really has no excuse. I kinda like the look of CW Liokaiser, but...not as Liokaiser. Fortunately I have a headcanon ready and waiting.

Simply put, the CW "Liokaiser" is actually a rag-tag group of random Decepticons who happen to look a little bit like Liokaiser- the original Liokaiser (and Deszaras) went MIA long ago. When the Decepticon war effort started to go a bit down south, with the re-activation of Defensor (read: I bought Maketoys Guardia), Megatron being rebuilt (I'm customizing a Megatron from Universe Dropshot) and Gigatron being worn-out and in need of a spark transplant (my childhood RID Megatron/Gigatron toy is absolutely knackered and I need to buy a replacement), Megazarak (Armada Megatron) commissioned the creation of a facsimile of Liokaiser from some 'cons that happened to look similar to the Breastforce, intending to trick the Autobots into thinking that Liokaiser had returned from the annals of history and thus sow absolute despair in their ranks. Of course, he's NOT Liokaiser (the combined form, whilst "officially" being called Liokaiser, does not have a name) and is vastly inferior (not to mention smaller) when compared to the real deal.
