I'm surprised that we're seeing Nemesis at all, especially before Terryman. But his announcement continues to support the idea that Bandai is with the Kinnikuman line for the long haul.
I'm really speculating here, but I'm starting to think that Nisei figures may not be as far fetched as we first thought. True, Nemesis is part of the main manga series, but he's a relatively new character, at least compared to Ramenman. At the very VERY least, we'll still be getting Phoenix, Terry, and probably Black Hole and more manga recolors. But I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot more than that on the way.
