So with the CW Prime mold, you can kinda do a backpack setup on it so Prime can carry Hot Rod around in regular bot mode. It kinda works for me considering the Battle Core version takes cues from Star Convoy.

Roadbuster is probably the most plain (probably from having a non-weaponized alt mode, which still irritates me to no end that they made one of them different in each size class), but he's not bad though. Easy to use really, amiami lets you have minimal control over packages, pretty much allowing you to mass ship stuff within the same month, but there is no shipping calculation and while their base prices are cheaper than hlj their shipping may be slightly higher, in exchange their boxes are bullet proof.

Mandarake is different as they're a second hand goods store, but since they know collectors are autistic they may list something as "packaged damaged" but it'd just be a scuff somewhere, its when they post what the damage is or when they post the bare item is when it may infact be damaged, ALMOST zero chance of stuff being a knock off though they have gotten them wrong in the past (because people make mistakes).

Again like amiami no shipping calculation (though sahara store seems to have it), another thing to mention is while its one website you're ordering from multiple stores, check carefully unless you are willing to have 5 packages of 5 different items coming in at you.

The war ended after Shockwave tried to compress all of reality into a singularity pocket that he had dominion over. Prime and Megs got fucked up (Hell, everyone got fucked up) in that big-ass fight that went down trying to stop him.

Long ago in the beginning of Cybertron, the Primes got into a big war with one of the other Primes (the beast guy Prime), who was the leader of the beastbots. He got fucked up hard, 90% of them were killed, and beastbots are basically the equvilent of a black guy in the 40's and 50's US, with a few exceptions.

The comics are pretty good, but like any long-running comic (IDW's been at it what, 6-10 years now?) will vary in quality depending on writers.

The IDW Collection is probably the best place to start, they're big-ass hardcovers that collect things roughly in time-line order (with a few exceptions, like Spotlight Wheelie which is so far ahead of everything else that it's just barely fitting into the timeline NOW).
