Just got Jack O'Lantern. I really like the body he's on. He's by no means the most articulated figure, but he just looks really nice. I've wanted a figure on this body since I first saw Ghost, so I'm glad they reused it for Jack.

I managed to pull out Daredevil's hand with a bit of heat and pressure and replaced it with one of Scarlet Spider's fisted hands. Had to trim the peg on the end of the new hand but besides that it was an easy customization.

Stumbled on a Venom at the store last week. It's only the third ML I've bought (the other two being Carnage and Black Widow), but Venom is my favorite by far! I don't have Carnage anymore as I gave him to my nephew (slightly regretting that now, as it'd be cool to have him squaring off against Venom, haha), but Venom seems to be a lot bulkier than I remember Carnage being, which is great!

In other news, I recently got Venom, Taskmaster and Scourge and they're all going up in the BST soon because I'm selling my collection again. Definitely some of the more fun figures that they've made in a few waves.

I don't own her personally but I own figures that use the same base body as she does.
The body isn't as bad as many make it out to be but it's pretty weak in some areas, mostly the torso. There is very little forward or back movement there. Another problem is that the left ankle pivot, at least on my Anya Spider-Girl, was extremely tight and made standing her a bitch. The legs are also a bit wonky to move and like to pop out sometimes with the figures I own on the base body. It makes posing the legs both easier and harder. Harder because the legs pop out often, but easier because you can half the joint to get a better range out of them. They don't have much outward movement. Finally the lack of interchangeable hands appears to be a problem most people have with the figure.

It's not a bad figure by any means, at least if the other figures on the same body are anything to go by, but if you don't know these problems then I can see why somebody might be disappointed with her.

Juggernaut is also rumored as the x-men BAF, Id very much prefer apocalypse. Though I hope Marvel Select tries their hand at an Apocalypse.

They've said it's really big though, almost as big as hulkbuster, one of their biggest BAF ever will be in the x men wave. I can't imagine hasbro doing a fuck huge juggernaut, and boy do we not need one.

The venom I ordered from hasbro toy shop at like 2am Tuesday morning showed up this morning said it was going to take 7-10 business days. The $8 shipping was kind of worth it now I guess.

Got these set recently. There are parts to turn domino into Copycat but I really just wanted the sassier looking Dom fig itself. The previous two where a lot more serious and umm..liefeldian.

Also grabbed one of the Strike force X-men sets. Storm and Avalanche. Storm had a head swap for Psylocke which is currently on. Will probably get a second so I can have both X-ladies in the gold and blue suits. They're decent enough. I think the Deadpool Domino set was a lot better overall but I have a huge boner for that X-uniform

Dangit, got a Spider-Gwen in and she's missing a lot of black paint on her upper torso. That's fixable, but she also has a scratch on the unmasked head that goes down the left side of her face. The worst part is the scratch goes through her left eye which makes her eye look kinda messed up. Anyone else get this on their unmasked head?

I hate this figure so much!

I like Jack and I think he looks amazing. However, even if I fixed his bendy leg I don't think I'd have to much fun posing him. He feels flimsy, and his hands can barely hold any of his accessories, had a hard time getting him to hold the sickle and it just looked awkward.

I'm so conflicted, thinking about returning him if I find the receipt and getting mockingbird maybe.

Non-exclusive Legends don't stay rare, you just have to wait it out and eventually they become so proliferated that the price drops to retail. Yes, he does suck some serious shit. I picked him up the other day for $15, and even at that price I'm thinking of returning him. His shoulders ar esuper stiff and every time I try to move his arms I'm afraid they're going to break off. And he also has those joints in his hips that require you to turn them before you can bend them. It's just such a pain in the ass. It's such a shame too because he looks great.

Well the obvious choice would be a Giant Man figure for an Avengers display. The Toy Biz Giant Man BAF would be my first choice. Pic related. It's expensive though. I'm glad I got mine years ago when the series was released.

You could always go with last years' SDCC Giant Man. He's only 12 inches tall but looks pretty good.

Then there is the Marvel Universe Walmart 2 pack version.

Honestly, if you want a Thanos go with the Marvel Select. It's bigger and cheaper than the BAF. Some stores still even have it in stock.

If you dont mind selects, juggernaut and abomination are huge, cheap, and weight about 5 pounds each. Bulldozer is a pretty great as far as legends go, as is the Hulkbuster and Rhino BAF's.

I bought him for a custom figure. An original character that's supposed to be slim with a non-muscle gripping suit. His body looked perfect. I opened him and it's one of the most unpleasant figures I've ever tried to pose. It fights you every step of the way.

I saw one recently where they had taken the piece and the figure from a mockingbird package and replaced it with Valkyrie. And I just don't understand since she's a pretty recent figure going for retail. On top of that, at the time they didn't sell that Cap wave yet in the area, so he got the mockingbird elsewhere and returned it to this target.

Glaring lack of paint apps in places--just unpainted molded red plastic. Horrible articulation. Like, he has rocker feet but they don't allow for shit since his articulation is so limited at the hips. Shoulder articulation is shit because the shoulder pieces obstruct the movement (I mean seriously, couldn't they have done what they did with last year's War Machine figure?).

Yeah, but due to the hand armor/sculpt his hands will only flex one way so the fucking blast effect is pretty useless unless you raise his arm and bend it at the elbow joint (i.e. you can't do arms-extended poses because the blast effect will be pointing either straight towards the ground or straight up in the air, get it?).

You can half-peg his hands, to get around this. Just pull the peg in the hand out a bit and you can get his arm fully extended and his palm at 90 degrees from his arm.

He really looks good but really could have used the extra hands and unmasked head. His eyes on mine were placed a little bit too high so it looks like hes scowling at you if his head is lowered a little.

As I was building him I thought he didn't look too bad until I put his legs on, that's when his proportions stuck out. But that aside he is suprisingly fun to mess with. If I knew how to I would repaint his mask as the eyes kinda stand out and because I'm not a fan of the color.

He's awesome but cannot put his arms down his sides worth a shit and has some paint marks on several parts of his body on mine.

The main body is basically the most antiquated Legends body there is. I mean, I love the figure, it's really kooky looking and has a great accessory, but it just moves so bizarrely throughout the entire upper body and is just really, really outdated.

I just got him in a couple days ago and I really like him.
His paint is a bit flaky though. For a Select figure that was made in 2006 it's really good and still holds up today really well.

Only articulation points I feel he's missing is some kind of boot swivel and maybe an ab joint. Other than that he moves how you expect Thanos to and looks great on a shelf.
