I've got an engineering problem here...
I'm making a LEGO LS1.
I've got the crankshaft, timing chain, and camshaft built and connected.
I have valves built, sortof, but I'm assuming the design will probably change a lot soon.
How do I connect the camshaft to the valves from there?

You want Lego General anon.
I'm not too good at this kind of stuff. Maybe take a look at the instructions for 42022. It's not exactly the same but it might help you figure things out. Also there is a Lego General thread always going. >>5318117

There's no cams on that model, or any official model for that matter. It's a very specific question, not a general question, hence the reason it's in its own thread.
corm a slut

it's weird, I've heard that before, but I never knew if it was true or not... hu, if it's on the internet, I guess it is

You can't put a realistically scaled pushrod/valve assembly on that tiny model it's just not possible.
However, larger lego pneumatic engine (LPE) v8's with working valves (both dohc and pushrod) exist and they're proper fuctioning engines that produce power when supplied with air.
Also Ls1 is for ppl shit shit taste.

>popular as fuck engine
>shit taste

Taste isn't a popularity contest anon. The LS1 is a crude, oil burning piece of mexican trash.
Nobody, including yourself is going to be able to tell one lego v8 from another so just say it's something good like the 426 not a gay LS1.

go away, /k/
This thread is about valves/cams on a LEGO V8, not your personal preference of what engine you swapped into your Civic on the internet.

>This thread is about valves/cams on a LEGO V8
Funny how when someone actually posts about that exact subject the only part you reply to is the last line about the ls1 being shit. You're derailing your own thread dumbass fanboy.

>Assuming OP responded to that
Christ where's the mods? Just delete this thread.
