Running Panoramas in a monocolor artifact deck to let me shuffle and maybe tutor up extra colored mana: Ok or shit? I figure they're slightly better than fetches here since I can drop them and still get colorless mana (which most of the deck needs) without needing to do the shuffle early.

I'm actually curious about how the vamp precon turns out. Because for my inexperienced knowledge, it feels like Marchesa 1.0 is a solid commander for Vamp tribal, because it seems like vamps want +1/+1 counters and the blue splash could help with the card draw and potentially making things unblockable so I want to see if White can bring anything good as well other than Sorin.

Speaking of, Marchesa 1.0 and Mikaeus seem really strong together. Whatever dies that doesn't have a counter comes back with a counter, and whatever dies with one Marchesa brings back.

But some retards backpedal on their spells a lot, since they can't apparently watch what's on the battlefield. For example, one Animar player consistently plays into Goblin Sharpshooter and always wants to backpedal. He's like 40+ and can't even bother to learn, expecting that everyone will bend to his will.

What's a good commander to play for a Chaos deck? I'm thinking either Grixis or Izzet.

Should I build Edric? He seems cool, and my group tends to like both creature-based decks and card draw. My only worry is the politics, which both I and my group suck at, they're of the Windmill Slam school of politics.

Illusion of Choice on an Isochron Scepter.

The best voting cards are in Esper, so I run Maximum Level Conspiracy in Sen Triplets, but then I'm going less "Rock the Vote" and more "Rig the Vote". Having a commander with an ability that you can cut a deal regarding (so, targeted) is good. You could probably get away with Gwafa for maximum flavor but I personally think Merieke would work out for you pretty well.

Just be aware that even if people like you they won't necessarily vote for you when Expropiate is on the ballot

I want to build UB Cycling. No General for it yet, so I'm deciding between Wydwen, Lazav and Sygg.

Wydwen having flash sort plays into the whole cycling thing since I'll be keeping up mana for control stuff, cycling or if I need it, my general.

Lazav plays well with Windfalls and mass discard (which work well with most "matters" cards) and has hexproof, but has hefty color weight and is still kind of eh.

Sygg is just minor generic value.

It honestly depends on how effective you want to make him. Teeg is my most expensive deck because of how many hate cards are also played in modern/legacy. He also doesn't fair well against creature spam, so you might want to consider Sigarda 1.0, Trostani, or Saffi for GW.
