SS get -2 to hit with conceal, get two phases of shooting with soulburst from Corsair screen, farseer with 24" range casts fortune on a unit of 10 rerolling misses to hit on prism rifles that generate an extra attack per hit up to 3. Autarch gives rerolls of 1 to hit for the other units. Yvraine gives free soulburst in psyker phase allowing a unit of dark lance scourges to make 12 S8 AP-4 D6 damage shots a turn
The prism rifles are already pretty capable of rending but are only D1 without use of a prism blaster which put the spectre in rapid fire range of enemy units. What I'm worried about are flyers.

Before anyone mentions cheese for using a good (not OP) FW unit I'm playing against vets that don't play fluffy armies. Not the reason for picking asuryani units but it doesn't hurt having them either

I got some really really good advice about using squads of 10 and the use of corsair to allow the spectres to jump wherever they want and still get soulburst. Also learned that farseer have 24" range so it's not pertinent to have him as skyrunner if I want to cast fortune on a unit of spectre. Doom is another story, 24" targeting an enemy unit which is no way within range. Initially I had two squads of 10 scourge without heavy weapons because I'm stupid so that was corrected as well. The list has actually come a long way but I don't think it has any way of dealing with flyers

Both my factions, Daemons of Slaanesh and CSM, have a SC!
The problem is I already have the CSM one, and I bought the equivalent models for the Daemons of Slaanesh one before the actual SC! got spoiled.
So I don't want to buy that.
In order to qualify for the Elite I'd either need for my semi-new Chosen, basically just blinged out CSM, to count, or I have to buy a new model and hope it arrives.
I'm not buying another vehicle so unless one of my unpainted Helbrutes is allowed to count if I finish it, that isn't happening either.
I MIGHT meet the psyker demand since I'm building a custom kitbashed Daemon Prince soon, but with the way the order has gone so far the Herald of Slaanesh I'm using won't arrive until after this stupid campaign.
I have some unpainted Bikers and some unfinished Warp Talons that might count, but there's no fucking way I'm going to be able to afford a new Lord of War with my other bills.
This campaign is literally pay to win.

Typhus loses 1 attack and gains a strenght. apart from that a HT with ST is the same*. a HT with 2 ST has 6 attacks to typhuses 4, and after the intiall DS alpha strike, typhus has to waddle around with his M4. By saccrficing an attack a HT can also get 3 short range, assult autocannons.

The Big T does have 1 better invun (4++ vs 5++) and a better sv, but its pretty close over all

Templars also have two boss special characters with good auras, a unique squad and the emperor's champ who eats characters and monsters.

For what it's worth, failing a crucial charge can cost you the game. Also the reroll makes it less risky to charge from outside flamer range if you need to hit a unit with heavy flamers. It's got a lot of good already ... BTs don't really need too much more desu.

Still not great at painted (read: using a filter to hide it a bit) but I frigging love Reivers. I used 5 to roll up a flank killing 10 Poxwalkers and 5 Plague Marines in 3 turns at the cost of 2 Reivers. The +1 attack for each combat round you fight makes chewing through tougher units like Plague Marine super easy and T3 infantry just melts in front of them. Stopping Overwatch is great and dropping enemy hits by -1 shouldn't be underestimated. I need more of these dudes ASAP.

Yes though the neck progenoid can be removed earlier so a single living marine can 'create' another marine without dying. Progenoids are also create via slaves who act as culture chambers to grow Progenoids and other organs so a chapter can potentially lose a bunch of marine AND their Progenoids and be able to eventually bounce back if they can survive however long it would take them to breed new reinforcements.

That isn't even close, and you don't know what 'sound' or 'valid' mean in logic either.
An argument that is 'sound' is automatically valid.
