If anyone who chooses to can get infected and hospitals or humanitarian organizations work with infected we'll grow exponentially, but governments could theoretically over-react and imprison all the infected early on. The really important thing is Invulnerability 4 and Self-sustainable for true immortality that can last billions of years. Immortality on its own just means people die in tragic accidents in just a few centuries or millenia (and even their quality of life suffers since they have to be incredibly careful). One of the reasons I chose Contact is precisely because it's hard to control and I'm paranoid of the Illuminati's true influence. Having 3 in INT, I focus on intimidation to avoid getting my hands dirty, although with 2 FIGHT I can hold my own in case someone decides to challenge me. Having a 3 in GUTS means that hardly anyone is going to be able to intimidate me in response, so I probably don't need to worry about losing my composure and getting lured into a fight I can't win.
Normal hairstyle means I don't stand out as much at first glance and makes me more attractive. Wacky hairstyles don't really interest me anyway.

Sweet Ride gives me a good reliable mode of transportation, and makes getting a high-level girlfriend easier by allowing me to ignore a non-APPEAL requirement. Gives me a range of pastimes to engage in as well.
Brooding boosts my APPEAL to 3 when getting a girlfriend, which in combination with Sweet Ride means that I can get any girlfriend I like.
Lone Wolf means I have no gang commitments to take up my free time.

Fighting criminals and shit with Ryouko sounds pretty interesting, and the fact that she wants to do such a thing means she's probably a decent person. Given her 3 FIGHT stat requirement (which I bypassed due to having Sweet Ride) she'd actually be better at fighting than me, but I think we would work well as a team. With my 3 INT I can intimidate the shit out of people, and then Ryouko can beat them up proper with her superior fighting skill.
For our crime fighting escapades Sweet Ride will be useful for getting around quickly to find and hunt down crooks, or for escaping from a fight if we get overwhelmed.

So I'm basically a scary, brooding loner kid with a motorcycle who beats up criminals with his tough as shit girlfriend in his free time. Not bad I guess.

One, count your "people killed" in terms of "people killed per year", you'll find that the soviets aren't anywhere near as ... er... you can't really call that "productive", but their numbers over time aren't as high.
