I'm throwing together a Steven Universe Apocalypse Engine homebrew (maybe reskin is more accurate) for my group and I.
Thoughts on the Pearl Playbook? Having never homebrewed before I'm having an interesting experience, I hear PBTA is generally a good place to start though.

It's intended set in the main rebellion period when Gem War on Earth was a bit more heavy duty, but I guess it definitely would work in the post-Rebellion era of the show.

I think it's a mistake to use Dungeon World as the basis for it. It's use of HP is antithetical to what PBTA does well and introduces pointless drudgery.
That said, PBTA *is* a great idea for an SU game. I'd just pattern it more after a different flavor of it.
