Motion is relative, so following a geodesic path through spacetime is the best approximation to being stationary the sphere can do. Geodesics are determined by the local gravitational field, which obviously can exist and thus leave the sphere. So while it's a bit convoluted, I can go anywhere I want, even though the tidal effects can be quite devastating.

I'm basically a spymaster and court agent of mythical proportions. With a massive spy network and seemingly limitless logistical support and resources as well as court-pull. My goal is to bring Princess Sira out from beneath her mother's shadow and have her become the next Empress while also defending her and the kingdom as a whole from future threats and making sure we come out on top. I have the appearance of a feeble old man but really I'm not-half bad as a field agent by my true strengths lie in schemes and ploys.

Zodiac Brides Build since I missed thread last night.
M-05 Knowledge- Vast info dump into my brain, including knowledge of Zodiac, The Houses, Brides, and Magic among other things.
M-06 Skill- The ability to make good on that knowledge is crucial in turning it into power. I'll master in my month before the war whatever I choose, and my skills already hit their peak potential...not sure if that is as the King of Zodiac or just as the Prince. Either way my sales job will see benefit from it.
S-09 Magic: I have the knowledge and skill, and now the ability to use magic. Which has evocation and transmutation uses as noted, but what else? If it's open ended then my plans will go smoothly. If not then I actually have to put in effort. Need to grill Sebastian on that along with the disturbing "we're always listening" note he mentions.

Since I work on the go I can practice the non-destructive applications of magic without taking time off. I'm not certain if I'm suited to be king or what not but I'll just have to deal with this now. What I'm going to focus on is barriers, anti-scrying, scrying, summoning, sealing/restraint, transmutation, and wedding night magic. Along with brushing up on whatever skills I'll need in the future. Setting up the home field advantage, I will one by one summon the Brides for an interview and get together that I will go over in my review of each one. Knowledge of them, skill in socializing, and doing my level best in transmutation to get the effects of the Beauty injection should put me where I need to be. From there I will win the war before it begins, taking the war proper as a mass date/early honeymoon after tidying up my affairs over here.

After all there is no rule that says otherwise.
