In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei swore an oath to become blood-brothers and defend the empire from chaos.

Today, in Hell's Rebels: Group A, the party swore an oath to conduct an occult ritual to acquire larger breasts, despite one of the party members being a girl (male) who is simply pranking the others with a phoney occult ritual, and despite another party member disbelieving the ritual but being peer-pressured into joining all the same.

The issue is that, unbeknowst to the girl (male) who roped others into a "fake" ritual, the ritual is actually fully functional and will indeed increase chest size.

Who knows what will happen to the girl (male) who goes along with the ritual? What will become of him?

It should be noted that the occult ritual involves working as maids in a maid cafe, and that the main villain of Hell's Rebels' first book, Nox (who is a cute anime girl here, rather than an ugly woman), was also tricked into conducting the ritual.

It helps bridge the gap, but doesn't do it entirely by a long shot. The biggest thing it does is make playing martials more interesting, even if they're still mechanically outshined by most casters.

At higher levels, your mage friend can still end the fight in one spell, but the bits of it that you get to participate in will be more interesting because you have more you can do than just "5ft step, full attack".

Character sheets show characters with multiple batteries for their guns, it probably just means that each battery has to recharge. You don't want to run out of charges, just pack plenty of extra batteries.

There may well be an ability to do this in the book somewhere. In fact, given the setting, I'd be surprised if there wasn't. The basic reason for this is that melee attacks of opportunity attack assume that you're always using small swings, minor feints, and other such tentative attacks against a target. These attacks are just the normal back and forth of melee combat, but aren't aggressive enough to actually land... unless your opponent gives you an opening. It'd probably be a 1:1 port, sort of like how anti-paladin is just a flipped paladin. If I was going to rewrite it, I'd start with the paladin, but I don't really want to get into that mess right now.

Brief ideas would be to replace spells with initiating, remove the damage component of smite evil and give it a different effect, modify the auras that affect that, then that's probably about it -- I don't really enjoy transformative archetypes, and I don't really think the paladin's lay on hands needed to be removed.

Maybe make some sort of recovery mechanic that features also recovering lay on hands, like how barbarian recovers rage rounds as apart of their recovery mechanic.

Then I'd inverse everything for anti-paladin

We have to hope it works better than in pathfinder then. In PF, way too many things are immune or at least highly resistant to fire, and the damage of it is rather unimpressive. It's also difficult to taser a guy in PF without losing your entire turn readying an action in hopes he'll charge to trigger it as well.
