Would /cyoa/ be interested in a Beastrider style cyoa?

The rough idea would be to have a variety of mounts to choose from, each with pros and cons

Not really. Currently some artifacts grant a skill like the golden bow, but I'm trying to balance it around so that these artifacts can be seen as extensions to certain skills or simply open up options for people that like to cram a lot of skills into their builds. Simply picking archery can be seen as more economical choice than picking the golden bow as you have 8 skills to choose compared to only 3 artifacts.

It's gonna to sound stupidly obvious, but Virgo is an Earth Sign and its nickname is literally "The Virgin," so I just made an innocent and whimsical druid. The character I used for her picture, Marry Kozakura from the Kagerou Project, has a very similar personality and I recommend the music/anime/manga/light novels she's from if you enjoy nonlinear storytelling and vaguely superhero themes.

I decided to repost my luck-build because the text was too much focused on the mechanical aspects. This time I gave her a proper image and background.

Background: She was initially born in another universe in the future where she was a magus. The universe was about to die and a lot of research was in the area of trying to stop the process of entropy. She was unable to find a solution, but was able to with her magic and of her colleagues to influence chance enough in another universe so that a copy of her soul would be manifest that by spontaneous generation – and hope that such copy (herself in the holy grail) would be able to find a way to stop her universe from dying before it enter a critical stage. She feels hateful towards the nature of the multiverse itself, which led her to some degree of corruption. This combined with the fact that she doesn’t believe much in free will after seeing so much the effects of causality, made her apathetic towards most people. Still, she is not truly evil, but tries to look as much as possible as cruel corrupt amoral tyrant so she could use the hate of people to her goals.

As bonus from Avenger C, the people hating her increase her Luck even more. The overall result is that specially in a crowded area “impossible” (seemingly infinitely improbable) events occur in her favor, being her just having that right insight in the right moment, to in more extreme circumstances, almost turning back time in an area thought increase of the negentropy in the area thanks to the coordination of quantum level random events. The luck in the period of activation of the Noble Phantasm tends to look to the optimal course in the long course of events, not only in the short term of activation of the Noble Phantasm, although it’s most impressive feats occur during it.

Estates is supposed to help me amass gold which is useful for everything, and particularly with Diplomacy. Rampart can make money out of money with the Dwarven Treasury (yes I just googled it to check.)
First Aid is just a nice thing to do for your creatures and also can be of real use when these creatures are immune to positive magic. I can't heal them with my magic so I have to use First Aid. Doesn't it make sense?

Thanks. The first time I read the CYOA I saw Luck could stack with territory creation and with Avenger C, and Charisma could stack with Avenger C. And Noble Phantasm being unespecifc, I could use to stack as well. It focuses completely on luck (and disctretion in secondary plane because I didn't had more points to stack in luck). Normally a build focused 100% in one stat would be terrible, but since Luck is somewhat "universal", I thought it could be at least "interesting" as result. The actual power of the build depends on how much you are willing to accept luck and magic influence things, because obviously, without it the character is pretty much useless.

The other details from the build comes from the luck and tyranni thematic and because I wanted to create a femdom servant.

or in a more effiecient way, use a president to command a nuclear assault.
or in an even more extreme case: the enemy kills himself trying to attack her or just have an heart attack.

A classic swordsman build backed up by magic immunity. Not at all versatile, but damn good at what he does. No real balance complaints except Valor's Visage, which seems very powerful for such a low-ranked Phantasm.

I like Praetorium's concept, although blocking Gate of Babylon seems a bit unfair-I might be salty though, since I'm very biased against 'fuck you, Gilgamesh' powers. Even so, I generally like the Arbiter and think he makes for a good straightforward Servant which is nice when so many builds favour fancy tricks. Am likely to include.

I get what you're coming from, but for Gilgamesh specifically I'd argue that the Gate of Babylon isn't really fighting dishonorably unless he uses it to ambush. Maybe if he uses it for hax, like summoning and teleporting away, but just firing weapons or summoning Ea is literally how he fights. Knowing Gilgamesh he'd probably have a bullshit way to resist the marble anyway, though.

I'm using the CYOA descriptions for it - I don't know how much it would apply to the actual universe of Fate, I only watched some of the anime and played Fate/Extra, but in the description of Luck ex it says "consciously control probability and chance in one's favor" and in territory creation ex "allowing manipulation of space, time and probability".
But yeah, it's not meant to be used in offense directly, rather, to win the war without having to use much offense yourself.

That said the build completely relies on involving civilians. The more absurd effects of luck from avenger C would be acquired as hundreds of millions hate her - if not through the NP, through her charisma. Maybe when almost all the worlds hate she could be powerful enough to defiance the church and magi association - but until she is weak (not enough people hate her), she would be discreet (presence concealment, information erasure). And hope she is gradually more lucky enough so that she don't gain enough negative attention in a bad way for her before it's time.

It's a separate Phantasm on his stat sheet, but he still stores it in the Gate. Maybe change the wording of the Marble so that it doesn't 'prevent' outside help, it just renders it useless? So summoned creatures in the Marble would be ineffectual, and your dude would be immune to shots from the Gate of Babylon until he ran out of mana to maintain the Marble (which given his E-Rank mana might be quite quick). So Gil could shoot shit from the Gate at you, but it wouldn't do anything unless he pulled his head out of his ass and drew Ea.

I think that there should be some kind of opening for bullshit powercopying abilities, since we have precedent in canon multiple times (Tohu, Glastig, Eidolon). The Tohu one is especially egregious, since it can be abused by multiple 25 point powers (Final Form and the Endbringer Controller) ones.

My suggestion is that you keep that kind of thing as is, but make it clear that it isn't being clever-it's taking the most obvious optimisation route. That lets power-copying continue to exist as it does in universe, but hopefully discourages people from spamming it and feeling like master munchkins.

But fair enough that an E-Ranked Mana Servant could probably generate one (although I'm still willing to bet that they couldn't do so for long, especially given how strong the servant in question is and how many other powers they have. It's limited by the Grail War.
Originally, in the legend, the Eternal Crimson Flame basically made the Son of Samael a mini-Samael, basically a true immortal demi-god with power over life and death that could also perpetually keep people from dying or just flat out give people more time.
And, because technically speaking, that is a valid Noble Phantasm, reducing it to having mana limits, draining emotion, and basically driving those under its effects insane was the excuse for the (-), and relative inefficiency of the Mana-to-Healing ratio.
For clarification, the Mana Consumed to Damage Repaired is not 100% efficient, even for just herself, it would take draining/killing more than one person to prevent her from dying.
For someone else under the effects of the flame, that efficiency ratio is only like 25%, and that is before a 2nd or 3rd is added (at which time it drops to about 5% for all three of the affected aside from herself).

TLDR, the (-) stems from it not actually providing true immortality due to the restraints of the Grail system.

I don't think i could physically harm anyone unless seriously threatened. I just want a way to stop them without having to beat them over the head or attack with weapons. That's why I took skilled, so I can do things like this without killing anyone!
