Between shatter Arma & Audio Override, you can be pretty stealthy, but you still need a rough line of sight to make portals effectively, so you might have a hard time getting your weapons out near the target.

I thought about Audio Override but I'm just not going to be able to be subtle. Potion. lvl 5 Safe way to grant a small circle of friends immortality. Not to mention interesting things like shape shifter and curing diseases and reviving the dead. Requires rare materials but invisibility and pocket space should help.

If you trigger, you would get the powers you paid for. At which point, a vial would no longer work.
If you use a vial, I don't think you could trigger and all of the points you spent on powers would be lost.

That's just my opinion as someone who has read the story. I think the CYOA maker should add some clarifying text and possibly a % chance of vials fucking the user up. CYOAs always gloss over the dangers of the vials. Something like on an 8, 9, and 0 you get 1, 2, or 3 X "Case 53" without gaining any points from it.

Post ideas for CYOAs you think would be cool

I'll go first

A haunted house CYOA where you move into an old residence filled with spooky ghosts and strange phenomena. You design the look and feel of the place as well as what rooms it has and which ghosts are present within the house. Some extra sections for benefits like guardian angels living in the house and drawbacks featuring demonic entities and things that cause sleep paralysis and other not so comfy strange things to happen.

I think magic would probably only be that good when backed up by M-06: Skill. The thing with magic is that it will take some time to master it, and the bride free-for-all is going to start pretty much immediately. You'll need M6's inhuman learning speed for magic to really do you much good in the short term.
