The Peacekeepers are the most Nazi-ish of the two. The Scarrans have this whole Hierarchy thing going on.

Farscape really is a great show and an excellent place to go if you're looking for a Star Trek experience that focuses on everything /but/ Humans. (John not withstanding, he's a Protagonist, not a Human.) If you watch it, prepare to be horrified at just how horrible people are no matter what race they are. Seriously, the things they do to that poor guy grafted to the living ship is just unforgivable. Just be ready for all kinds of weirdness if you venture into the unknown. Seriously, a lot of this universe has some plain FREAKY shit in it.

Still, at the end of the day, much of the main cast has an ideal candidate to pick up no matter what kind of Jumper you are. Or several if you prefer your Harems. At least a few of them would be up for that. John's kind of a tool, but honestly not as bad as you'd think.

As for the Jump itself, it's a little bare, but has a really great Race section that represents the major (and a few of the minor) players of the world. I do wish a little more care had been put into giving the Jump a little life, but the Perks and Items do a decent enough job covering all the bases. Just prepare to wiki-dive or watch some of the show to understand what's going on.

Yeah, it's supposed to be based on Nechronica. I've been on a Hetza kick all day after someone pointed out the artist in the last thread.

They did a lot of Nechronica, but their work also has a lot of really dark take on Tank Girls and Ship Girls, as well as some really attractive original characters. As long as you're into lean-muscled, half-crazy soldiers.

Last Time-Tiger was sent to Persona 5. As a housecat. He was not amused. He then was forced to confront his own Shadow, the parts of him he denied or disliked. It proceeded to proclaim its' love for Ammy, and apologize to all of Tiger's Friends(VASSALS!) for being mean to him. Tiger was even more not amused. He then went on to Pacfic Rim, where he grew to his full size and fought Kaiju 1v1. From there he went onwards to Redwall, and had to fight endless waves of Rats. And finally Ouran Highschool.

They created a weapon that can kill hundreds of planets, and noticeably, they're the only group to use it for this purpose. The Cybran use it to free their people, while the Princess uses it to amplify her psychic powers and bring peace. It's Gray and Gray Morality here, don't get me wrong, but the Cybrans are the closest thing to good guys here. The other two are for the most part batshit crazy.

Oh, and also once that super weapon gets fired, it'll tear a hole in space and time and more aliens with super tech will come through with the goal of exterminating humanity.

Obsidian Tower Trilogy has Corrupting Corruption That Corrupts.
There's also several perks you can get from Sailor Moon's Villain background, for that matter, with varying specific effects. I think Dream Mirror Extraction is probably the best suited, since it (I believe) effectively steals someone's agency, which you could then prop up with your own.

You can also use the Mark of Slaanesh from the Warhammer Fantasy: Dogs of War jump, which allows you to prettymuch take over anyone completely. It only works on one person at a time, but you can switch who it's active on, and WHILE it's active, that's a great time to layer other corruption effects on someone!

Actually, I take that back. The prices are funky as hell, there's a bizzare obsession with PPGs (six fucking purchase options, including alternate ammo), one of the big options is about a Thieves Guild on B5 (which is most definitely not a thing), and the other two "big faction" perks are just be Nightwatch, get battlecrab and be Conspiracy of Light, get Whitestar, both of which should be split into membership and command perks. What if you want to be a Nightwatch station cop, or a diplomat with the CoL? Also, there's no way to integrate companions, or to be an alien.

Hell, you can't even buy a Starfury. That's a goddamn travesty. I'll try and throw up some improvements tomorrow.

He does have an Arrow Protection Amulet that automatically nullifies all projectiles D rank or below. He does break some of his noble phantasms in Grand Order so it's possible that it might stop it if he does that.

It was only able to block Excalibur because Saber was leveled down slightly by Shirou, who noted even then another hit or two would have wrecked the armor. In addition, Fragarch is an A Rank NP so it'd bypass Arrow Protection Amulet, Broken Phantasms are just as useless as the attack of Fragarch always occurs before the attack it's responding to started "Ultimate Counterattack" being it's modus operandi. His most powerful attack, other than Ea, coming out of the Gate of Babylon would be A+++ with one of those pluses being from Breaking Noble Phantasms.

Depends on what version of Gil and what context the fight is in. If he has no knowledge of you and just considers you a nuisance, but one insulting enough to use Ea on, then yeah you'd likely win. If he's serious, he'd probably have some protection against it to nullify or at least stop it being an instant win. Of course if he's serious, he probably realises the sword rain is better against single opponents then the charge activated big boom blade.
