After years of failure, she was contacted by the Dark God Teiatat's minion The Eunuch. And he had an offer for her. This is exactly the sort of opportunity Amnysa had been searching for...or so she thought. So here you would list benefits, especially how superior you are to lesser vampires, then complain about inability to infect people and need for phylactery, then end with being worshiped.

With the DeathKnight's and Fallen Angel's, I have a strong army that won't fall apart on me, and which can stop Paladin magic and banish angels. The vampires will become my spies, my eyes and ears. I plan to fight on the front, but having some extra DeathKnights allows me to break the army up into smaller squads under capable leaders. Divide and conquer. Sure, the cult leader is how I'm going to inspire the people to worship me as a god-emperor, but when it comes down to rulership on the small scale level, I'm going to rely on my loyal vampires. They'll be loyal to me, because if they aren't, they'll be made an example of; but mostly because my rule will legitimize their existence (within reason), and since they can basically live forever, they're well suited to learning the arts of stewardship, etc.

Vampire is frankly pretty weak. DK is ok but we are going to be wizzards. Also Lich can have infinite amounts of skeletons, which diminishes DK's "more armies" trick.

I'm going to summon a fuckload of worthless morons for my army, then use Blood Moon and Miasma to make them slightly less worthless. Soul Creation and Chains are going to be used to create slightly less retarded minions to actually lead my armies so that I don't have to, to actually do something in fights, bodyguard me and in general actually maybe accomplish something unlike the rest of my army.

Not the most impressive army and really not the most original one but it has the backbone, the ranged and the heavy hitters, it will do. From there, Raise Dead means that every fight I'm forced to abandon the battlefield will just increase the size of my army.
