The armor I wear tends to change depending on when the setting in question takes place: in settings based on the modern world and the future, it's this sleek futuristic armor that looks like a cross between samurai and ninja in appearance. In more past-based settings, it's usually a more traditional samurai looking armor. I don't even really know why I wear it, it just happened at one point in early chain and the style grew on me.

I recently started working on a suit of solid gold plate armor kinda based on gilgameshes only much more durable because of the enchantments. whats the strangest thing your jumper has dated or waifued?

Are there any good means of soul storage/resurrecting that I can grant to non-companions?

I'm pretty early on in my new chain, but so far I'm specializing in power granting and minion production. Since I can't monitor every mission personally, I'm thinking of a system where select minions are able to collect souls/consciousnesses from fallen minions, to place into new bodies at a later date. My army has a pretty even mix of robots and beastmen.

Entoma is a beast of a battle maid. She's incredibly diverse and while no where as strong as others in AoG, she has access to resources, and equipment that is above what anyone else has access too. Her maid outfit is probably Legendary in quality, Blue Roses gear for most part is probably Legacy tier.

So even if they're roughly similar levels, Entoma & Blue Rose. Entoma has the gear & diversity of powers. Even with the insecticide, she was holding back. It was Demiurge that showed up, accidentally killing two of them.

My Virtue-modifying charm Unrelenting Unity of (Virtue) physically prevents me from comingling sorrow and joy. The tension that builds up as a consequence is a necessary sacrifice, but at least my other charm Heartache Chastise Catharsis allows me to release it productively.

Any inconsistencies are why such Charms exist. It's on Dirge's drive, the one on ours should be the outdated version. There's four or five versions of the jump out there because people kept saving their own copies of the jump and it wasn't Dirge that uploaded the jump to the drive.

I have no clue to be honest. His jumps are too large to filter through for wording changes or price changes. With FF13 and FF12 it was really apparent that our drive versions were outdated because he literally overhauled a vast majority of the jump, but with KoS I have no clue especially with the excel spreadsheet scenario being so intricate.

Climb is a character from Overlord. He's this street urchin that the Golden Princess is using as a puppy. She saved him when he was young, so he's so utterly devoted to her. He's also the only person that brings true emotion to her, because she's a sociopathic bitch who has no emotions otherwise. Everything she does is because she wants to be the ideal princess in Climb's eyes. Climb is so blind with love, he's oblivious to just about everything. All he talks about is his princess. He has no special talent, he's not that great of a fighter, but he has pluck.

Oh he doesn't know it, but Renner (his princess) is gonna be marrying the son of the fixer of the Noble & Royal sides. However she's really gonna be married to Climb, all kids she has will be the Noble's and she'll claim all the kids he has with his mistress.

Joke is that Renner will ask to become a Doppleganger. She'll change forms and ask her puppy (Climb) what he likes about his Golden Princess. She then gets off on that, and goes at it again with different shape.

Gashat-wise I actually have a lot of options.

The two basic Gashats I bought in Neo-Heisei Part 3 were Craft Gamer and Space Gamer, with the former being my default.

I "borrowed" the Drago Knight Hunter Z Gashat and used the item duplication perk from Minecraft to make my own. I returned the original later. So that's my Level 5

Once I got the Void Relic Refiner in Warframe, I started experimenting. I tossed a copy of Craft Gamer into it and what I got out of it was an upgraded Level 10 Gashat. I did the same with a copy of Space Gamer, and using both enhanced Gashats together allowed me to reach Level 15.

When I went to InfiniCon, I bought the Gashat Gear Dual as my Undercon Wonder. So that's Level 50 and Level 99.

However, Magitek Mastery from Final Fantasy 6 and liberal abuse of the Item World from Disgaea allowed me to bullshit my way into a Level 99 Gashat conceptualized as a further enhanced version of Craft Gamer. I call it Champion Craft Gamer.

My final Gashat, tentatively based on Hyper Muteki, was created based on The Konami Code item from Captain N. It attaches similarly to Hyper Muteki, and allows me to access to access the powers of all of the transformation devices (as well as associated gimmicks) integrated into my Driver as one penultimate form called Code Breaker Gamer.

Renner is a 3rd Princess, she's also incredibly smart and has no emotions. Everything she does is a mask. Marquis Raeven is the fixer between Noble faction & Royal faction. He also provides intel to the Empire.

Renner knows about this. She doesn't want to be married off willy nilly. So she helps her brother, 2nd Prince gain the throne. She marries Raeven's son, but its a political marriage. She told him if they wanted her help to secure the throne that's her offer.

Officially Raeven II would be Renner's husband. However in reality all children she will bare will be Climbs. She'll pass them off as Raeven II's children. As well Raeven II will be allowed to have mistresses and any their children she'll pass as her own.

It goes to show you how sociopathic she is. Also Climb is blind to this entire thing, he just goes along with whatever she tells him. She's adopting Raeven II's kids as her own, because of political reasons.

Her brother might sit on the throne, but she'll be power behind it. That's why she made an unknown deal with Demiurge. Albedo even joins her for tea, where they discuss eachother's love life. Albedo says she's a heteromorphic race in spirit or something similar.

If you don't believe me read the LNs yourself. She does this to secure that Climb will be her's forever, also that she'll be the real decision maker instead of being married off to The Emperor or someone similar for political reasons.

I proved myself an anomaly the first time they reset the world by simply asking them what was up with that. I proved myself an anomaly the second time by, when XANA tries to possess me, eating half of him and causing major dysfunction in the rest. I proved myself an anomaly the third time by pointing out that XANA got stronger with every world reset and they should use them sparingly. That's the point where they invited me to join their group.

My first action was to get spy-type digimon into Lyoko with anti-XANA protocols. Impmon made most of the Lyoko Warriors into tamers, too. I regularly ran checks on the Digimon to make sure they didn't go evil. My second decision was to buy a lottery ticket every day and only get lucky twice, with most of the money going to Jeremy for R&D purposes. I was also the one to most often defend people in the real world, because I had powers that actually worked there. Regularly curing people of XANA possession grew tiresome, but someone had to do it. All told, the hardest part of this jump is actually getting at XANA himself. Also, boss monsters are kind of a bitch.

So, yeah, this setting went wildly off the rails early on and I regret nothing.

Reading through the jump, the impression I get is that the game was a massive parody of history, and maybe just a weeaboo take on classic combat with MUH KATANA 420 MLG and FOLDED 1000 TIMES OP. Question that's been bothering me lately:

For jumps that take place in the same universe, but different time periods, and that have continuity drawbacks, what happens to "yourself" in the interim? Do you just disappear? I'm asking because I'm worried about what would happen to friends and loved ones. It might be bearable in settings where long life spans are normal, since you'd see them again someday, but it could get really sad if the time periods are too far apart. Not to mention how awkward it would be if you took an origin for the second time through and have a new family.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? It ended up a bit ramblier than I intended.

I disappear as normal. I do tend toward taking drop-in as my origin when I return, and I have some perk from Narnia to control my age. So, basically it's like I walked out of reality and found my way back several months/years/decades later.

"You" usually just disappear, yes, which is why many people (or at least I do) try to close off any loose ends so we won't be missed. At the very least, if you do have loved ones and end up in the future later on, I try to make sure I'm not recognizable if I end up with some new family. That means once chain is over I can still go back to the original Jump in a series to live out that life and organize the other when it comes up so no one is left confused or hurting.

DOOM 2016 has an Iron Will perk. It only grants a will boost and resistance to dark influences/general mind control, not total immunity, but you will get a warning before it fails so you can shut off the powers (hopefully).

I just disappear. If there are any weird time paradox stuff that can happen, usually my benefactor steps in and stops it from happening, and refuses to tell me any details why other than preventing a time paradox.

My jumper typically doesn't care for their family outside the one they already have (like their kids or whatever), because they're usually fated to have a sour relationship with them anyway in most jumps. They barely make friends out of the million companions they have.

They also have a bad habit of assuming no one would miss them if they disappeared so if left alone they wouldn't really get things in order. Usually someone (A companion, usually Vash or Stellarina or Lewyn) reminds them otherwise.

What perks give you cool powered-up forms?

Do your companions ever play a role in your daily life other than helping you fight/be your waifu?

Asgore holds the team together and always starts our day with a nice breakfast and some tea. Dhaos does the same thing, though he's a lot more critical of party members. Not even in-jump actions, he's the one who constantly demands we act proper to our stations and actually clean the damn castle now and then. I think the Jumpchain has turned him into a nagging housekeeper.

Saiyan companion acts as an exercise coach for anyone we're training. She also eats entire buffets out of business.

Priere keeps to herself, mostly. Etna is usually running some sort of scam or scheme. Not even because we need money, but because she wants to.

Hildibrand is...Hildibrand. I haven't given the man a single perk in several jumps aside from some skill training and the man hasn't changed in personality or enthusiasm, and is the one giving me or others pep talks. It honestly weirds me out a little how minuscule his own changes and development have been. He might be too stupid to be affected by ennui. And that stupidity protection aura guards the rest of his entourage, too. Must research further.

Everyone else just kind of does their own thing most of the time, normal Jumper antics aside.

One of my companions might as well be my boss, since she has way more ambition and drive for success compared to me, usually stages hostile takeovers of local successful businesses at the start of a Jump and likes me working for her once she's established. She's pretty much everyone's boss (everyone in the party that is) in some shape or form actually, funding their personal projects to keep relationships schmoozed over.

Another companion that she directly groomed as a business partner is extremely good with managing the financial side of things and helping out with numbers in general.

A few other companions usually set themselves up as bounty hunters, enter the local law enforcement or in some way participate with "bringing in the bad guys", helping out during times of emergency or working with victims. General good guy stuff. If I ever run into people who have it bad or have a problem that I can't directly solve, I usually hook'em up the those guys' contacts.

A few other companions like going on adventures every Jump, and they've got so much experience accumulate from constant travel that I can usually trust them to help as guides when I travel to assorted foreign lands or establishing contacts in foreign lands while I futz about with the local plot or area.

Two companions also share my joy of working in the kitchen and we often cook together when all the companions are in town and aren't busy. (These two also work as the miscellaneous good guys with a third companion who goes all in on that job.)

Trying to think of others, but most of it is generic (generic for a jumper at least) friend, waifu, battle or social stuff.

I make whatever companions are with me breakfast every morning. If Suke is there she needs her hair brushed and braided before breakfast which usually leads to multitasking. If Jessica is there that's when she'll brief me on what I need to do to keep events going my way. Sunday and Friday are my children so I'll spare time to see what's up with them. Chesnaught, Bunta, and Oto live in the Archipelago, but I take the time to see them when I can and I'm not allotted excuses on that. I check in with Isabelle who basically runs the Archipelago for me and see if she needs anything. Occasionally she'll quietly pine over some musician on the island and I'll encourage her to finally ask one out, but she always says she doesn't have the time. Hana and Zeke are pretty reliable gofers when I need something, and they've long since settled on buying whole and reduced fat milk rather than arguing over it. They're also a good source of trouble when I feel like finding some. Gaia generally checks in with me just after noon for lunch if she can and spends the afternoon with me. Deacon is always somewhere, usually in disguise gathering information. If I notice him I wave. Somni and Impmon actually live with me as roommates. Somni is in charge of laundry, Impmon does dishes, I cook and sweep and mop.

All this can be thrown out of wack by specifics of the jump I'm in, but there's not a lot to do for that.

Tiger on the other hand as a reasonably small group. Ammy is in general an annoyance to him on most days, despite him considering her a friend, who pushes him towards Redemption whenever she can.

Raven is also pushing for redemption, but nowhere near as hard, or as obviously. She mostly contents herself with reading, and poking fun at Tiger to keep his massive ego in check.

Yuuki is Yuuki, there is no other way to describe the little Madoka Expy

Illya rocks between cheering Tiger on, even when he goes on a berserk rage, and disappearing to go do her own thing.

Those are Tiger's most common companions, the others swap out.

My jumper gets insecure super easily, or suffers from brain issues, so everyone usually has to calm them down or console them. It doesn't happen often enough to really be a burden though.

Stellarina and Lewyn keeps everyone (usually Dhaos) calmed down, Colress has taken to housekeeping (He build an intelligent army of roombas because he was bored. They have self-improving AI. He usually stops them from becoming sentient with safety locks) as a hobby outside of sciencing. Game Boy typically helps out Colress with the robots, and he's taken a liking to SOFE (much to her chagrin) and follows her around everywhere trying to be her friend.

SOFE typically is off honing her craft somewhere.

The Dolls typically are being taught by Dhaos and Merlin (Who are father figures to them at this point. They taught them all magic.).

All my companions have their own roles on the team and in my daily life beyond simply fighting and waifu reasons. I insist upon it.

Raven is the Wizard, with a capital W. As much as I know about magic, she blows me out of the water every time. We collaborate constantly on projects. I handle the technological stuff while she handles the magic side of things. She also prefers to be the one to hold down the fort at home unless something serious is going down. Instead she often piggybacks on my senses and acts as an adviser voice in my head. Kind of like a sarcastic conscious.

Frisk tends to do her own thing nowadays, as the Jumps are becoming progressively more violent Not my fault and she doesn't appreciate that kind of thing. She also has six wolves to "look after" which cuts into her free time dramatically. In more peaceful Jumps she likes to tag along and play Face for the group, which is good because while I can lie like none other actual diplomacy is still my weak point.

Rip Van Winkle is still an odd ball, but she likes to think of herself as the Bodyguard of the group. Especially now that I built her the Gem Driver Glove. She's got her work cut out for her lately but is thriving under the pressure. She also tends to see the world a little bit differently from the rest of us and comes up with some very out-of-the-box solutions to problems that stump the rest of us.

Marceline is still finding her place in the group. She hasn't been with us that long, but seems to be striving for a middle ground between Rip and Frisk. Ready for violence but always searching for another path. She's also rapidly turning into the group's psychologist, if only because she's been a near immortal for roughly four times as long as the rest of us and is helping us cope with several issues that spring up from that. Myself especially. Oh fuck do I have some problems that I didn't realize before.

Most of the time I just use shields or try to avoid attacks, but whenever I do decide to wear armor the exact type will depend on the situation.

If I know I'm going to be fighting a large group, or a few exceptionally dangerous opponents I'll use light armor wove into robes, similar to Revan's armor or other kinds of Jedi armor.

If I have to fight something really crazy then I'll make a hulkbuster-like suit of powerarmor to smash whatever's threatening me into oblivion.

Emmy's a friend before anything else. We hang out, play games, a bit of waifuing each other...

Chartreuse acts as my valet--answering calls, keeping appointments, reminding me of local laws and the like.

E is the sorta-mother of the group, but she makes sure we stick to the chore rotation. She's especially fond of dragging me away from my projects to do silly things like eat, sleep, and bathe.

Jess does spiderdotter things for the most part. she's cute.

Most of the time everyone spends downtime on their own projects or hobbies. I honestly don't pry into their personal lives too much.

Lapis Lazuki, meanwhile, has just gotten on the ride and is already diving in with both feet. She's rapidly turning into the resident powerhouse, even if she shows very little interest in actually /using/ any of her powers. Instead she's taken up cooking and has taken charge of a substantial section of my Warehouse in order to start an indoor garden. At least now Frisk doesn't have to cook ever again. Everyone was wildly, rudely, happy about that announcement.

The Four Amigos: Vasuki, Ormr, Ladon, and Fafnir, all tend to do their own thing much of the time. They often go on adventures for days at a time, coming back filthy and clutching something valuable while refusing to explain where they found it. They do, however, viciously love bath time and insist on joining me whenever I go anywhere near the bathtub. Which is adorable because, you know, Psuedodragons! They're also all capable Wizards, Sorcercers, and Binders in their own right, which helps on the larger projects.

My cybernetic canine companion "K9" from Fallout is a dog, a super intelligent talking dog but still just a dog. So in most settings he can just laze around the house or explore the neighborhood so long as he doesn't get caught while I'm out.

My titan companion "Champ" from Titanfall is my best friend/brobot/butler. He's the ultimate home computing system, taking care of everything to do with the house, managing my calendar and scheduling, acting as a valet, and due to being an awesome flying robot is most often my ride around more mundane settings.

Well, I don't actually have a brain anymore, or any other organs. I'm some sort of undifferentiated mass of shapeshifting biocomputer cells. So I imagine there would be much worry when they opened up my head and saw that the tissue was completely homogeneous without even any bones. Exalted charms can do it. Every Exalted type has a charm that lets them augment attacks to be able to harm immaterial targets. Infernals is probable best for that, their charms aren't keyed to specific skills so they can modify any type of attack instead of needing separate charms for ranged, melee and barehanded.

Mainly because it was kind of odd in canon, and it wasn't clear if Golden Experience retained it's Requiem after the arrow fell out, because that part ended without it appearing again.
