I meant to give more feedback than that, but then I got lost in my ponderings over reincarnation and forgot to.
Basically, my main concerns are the circumstances and returning memories. Reincarnation is a big gamble: your next life may not be too different from this one, or you may find yourself a starving child in Gambia (I'm assuming coming back as some random animal is out since, say, grasshoppers probably don't establish significant romantic relationships).
But even if one was to always be reborn as part of the 1%, with memories of past lives inexorably coming back, the ennui of having tried out everything would start to be felt (especially in a relationship, I fear). I mean sure, technology would give us new toys, but that can only help out so much. And that's assuming civilization doesn't end (nuclear war, giant asteroid, whatever) and you have to live in worse conditions with vivid memories of better times.
Yeah, all things considered, getting the memories back is too much, I'll go with the Together option instead.

Anyway, feedback on the CYOA in general. It was very nice. I like especially that it allows us to create yanderes like my own, that are not dangerous to themselves and others or even just oppressive, just sweet in their out of the ordinary obsession with their lover.

Next version could use more lewd though. You could perhaps remove the all-encompassing Fetish option and have a whole section dedicated to deciding what fetishes she's into.

Your response makes it seem like I gave you an unfavorable answer, which I don't think I did. The latter scenario I outlined (one in which the cost of T3 does not include T2 and T1) also assumes that you need to purchase T1 and T2 before you can purchase T3. Getting T1 for free still reduces the amount of points you'd need to pay to get that T3 you so desire.

My plan is to seize power during a chaotic moment, as Abholoth's army of the sea is invading the entire realm, fighting it out with my other enemies(dragons, Demon Lord's army, The King and rival lords armies) to see gets to kill me first.
My first step is to reach out to my followers using telepathy, leading them to my location and freeing me from my frozen throne.

Each of their armies is equal to your entire domain's population count. Since you didn't take dragon's back you can't even get away from them as they all converge at your location. Not only you have to spend time for your followers to find and dig you out of your frozen throne you than have to recruit and train up an army from your 2000 or so population. Time is a luxury you don't have.

I am trapped aboard this shadowy hell, this floating mish-mash of countless centuries of jury-rigging and half-finished repair jobs. The Morrigan is impossibly ancient and is constantly falling apart. Dionysus has enslaved me to fight off his death for as long as possible. We jump between wreck after wreck, scavenging what I need to keep the ship running. Dionysus is mercurial and petulant - some days he will decide to kill me for an imagined slight and I will spend weeks, months or eve years escaping death traps. What's more, he is as damaged as his ship, and some parts of him will constantly try to kill me while others scream orders at me to fix the ship. At least, he SAYS they are different parts of him. Sometimes I dream he succeeds and kills me, only to awaken to the sounds of him shouting at me for going to sleep. I can no longer tell where the nightmares end and my waking hours begin. Perhaps he does kill me, but has found a way to keep ahold of me,beyond even death? The thought chills me.

On seeing the ruin of all I held dear I joined a group of electric monks. For now we travel where we can performing good deeds and spreading our teachings on the way. I am the son of a wealthy trader who fell in love with a woman from New Minsk, giving me exposure to the culture of both that world and the greater universe.

My plan is to ultimately to become King of New Minsk, raising money and my own reputation and prestige through mercenary work.

The initial plan is to lay a trap to steal Yao's carrier, by hiring on with him as mercenaries/security force

Abraham Hruckhan will serve as my Fleet Admiral/Captain of the carrier while Farkus handles overall strategy.

They will be waiting on the path of Yaos ship in the dreadnought, disable the engines and jam their comms/sensors to board while the rest of my people take it from the inside.

Vega will seduce him and get him alone to take him hostage, while me, Torres and 10 of my best men take control of the rest of the ship. We will pretend to be preparing to repel boarders as we "secure" the bridge and key areas of the ship.

After that I will use my Fellian connections to get mercenary contracts against the Satorcians, using the carrier as my mobile base while the dreadnought engages in trade interdiction operations, giving us a cut of the loot as privateers.

Ideally this along with the contracts will allow me to purchase the things on my wishlist and expand my companys services, taking contracts for example on titanfall or polyrot, killing titans and zombies respectively. It seems theres no shortage of work to go around.

Eventually I would take my wealth and army and conquer/rebuilt New Minsk.

Wargames can create unlimited electricity by making figurines with high-powered weapons.
Troll has actual magic and improves lifespan.

I usually always choose Genie options that are likely physically impossible in our universe. That includes cracking FTL and conservation of energy.

I'm probably more useful on Earth than exploring planets due to Wargames. Wargames is incredible for free energy, but depending on how educated the created figurines are (do they have college education or above?), I can summon millions of workers every day. Imagine entire warehouses full of 30 minute programmers. Imagine having so many bilingual figurines, every written work ever made is translated to all known languages. Any job that doesn't require my figurines to be on-site or focus continually for more than 30 minutes, they can do for pennies. The world economy would need to restructure, but doing shit like having having so many figurines I can afford to make personal online teachers for literally every child with internet? Worth it.
