Out of all the choices, the best ones are probably Wreath, Petals, and Cherub Wings (especially if it's shareable).

The wreath is just versatile - its major skill can imitate another boon, and you get several other skills (each probably good enough to make a living off of) besides.
Petals are generally good for sex stuff and healing genetic conditions, but if old age is a "physical problem", it could give extra lifespan as well.
The Cherub wing is the inherently most powerful, and the dangers can be slightly mitigated with infrequent use.

Beyond that, the potions could be used to build a harem (Maybe? I'm not sure how they work.), the Arrowheads can help figure out other people's sexual ideals (Who you want to be with ≠ who you want to be), and the Teddy Bear is a pretty big (if strange) upgrade from the Condom Bouquet.

I'd mostly avoid using the feathers unless I need to, but I'd mix some blood into the potions before making a harem with them.

The idea is that there's just enough blood for you to drink to gain the benefits left in/on the wing.

Well the image had two but we can just say the rest were destroyed in the crash. No the partners don't have to be human. They won't gain any superpowers but they can be very non human.

Love makes a person fall in love with the next person they see, typical love potion number 9 stuff. Lust does the same thing but for sexual arousal and desire/need.

If they were to die then the next most compatible person would show up on your "love radar" etc.. Once you both drink the potions you gain that eternal bond. I'd even go so far as to say if you had extended lifespan it would extend theirs to match yours.

If you use the feathers often enough you'll gain the attention of other angels who will not be happy that you have one of their kinfolk's wings, and demons/devils will notice you a bit easier then the angels. But infrequent use and use in different places would cut down on that a fair bit. With the award you'd have no worry though.

Two uses only. Ideally between lovers who aren't going to want their loves face to change but may want them to be healthy and at peatk human condition with a few other cosmetic enhancements. It could de-age both of you once and if you don't change your face then Id should not be an issue, if you do and don't change fingerprints then that should be fine too, even when genderswapped.

Well you won't look 200 with the wing and if you're careful it shouldn't be an issue. May have to fake a death if life-extending drugs aren't invented by the time you hit 70.
