I started two "projects" on Gimp, but I forgot all about how to use it properly and they would look really simple, without many pictures. One is like a Hogwarts-expy CYOA where you choose your origins, your "house" (you know, like, Gryffindor), pets, friends and what classes to take, what after-school activities you do, what "quest" you undertake in your school year, etc.
The other is an underground Vault you customize and fill with people, items, pets and rooms of your preference.
Both are probably never getting finished, so if anyone wants to do one of their own with the exact same premises and ideas, I implore you to do so.

Entertainer, Shadow Clone, Phloramancy, Master Chief are pretty powerful by themselves and are the easiest to exploit.
Skill thieving is the ultimate dick move and as such should be used with extreme caution.

An adventure as sung to the tune of a folk country song.

The premise is simple, you're a guy getting drunk with your hillbilly friends in a fantasy world and the night is dragging by when he pulls out his trusty banjo. Now he remembers that you also play the banjo and you've got a mean wit for improvised songs so in a bid to impress a couple of ladies he asks that you grab the banjo, take the stage and sing about one of your adventures.

Every choice you make is part of the song's lyrics with each section being broken into individual lines of the song. You choose the specific words that describe yourself in the songs lyrics and consequently the adventure, what you're doing, who you meet and what your fate ultimately looks like.

So far I've written out about five possible routes which end with your impregnating a girl you meet on the road and marrying them, nearly getting killed by a monster before making a fateful escape, getting drunk out of your mind and ending up in jail, and getting abducted by strange creatures who throw you back to earth.

Now remember all of this is expressed via lyrics and songs reminiscent of folk country. Specifically I used "A boy named Sue" as the basis.

I don't know when the fuck it's gonna be done.

Short answer: humans can be found pretty much everywhere because the Elder Powers found them useful compared to other candidates for "designated servant race", especially after the rebellion of the shoggoths. So yeah, jungle planet away.

The reason I leave humans everywhere is that I find it hard to conceptualize eroticism outside of a humanoid context. I had the distinct misfortune to read a fic describing "hot giant squid on hogwarts castle action". The experience made me realize that erotica must map in some fashion to human sexuality, otherwise you might as well describe architecture being molested by cephalopods.

My plan is to seize power during a chaotic moment, as Abholoth, The Demon Lord and the army of the gods fight it out to see gets to kill me first.

The may strenght of a Overlord or a Supreme Harem Overloard is his army of sluts. You will have a much smaller army 1/4=party, 2/4=big raiding party, 3/4=huge army and 4/4=endless legion. You will lose sexual endurance, but since your battle whores are so few when you are weaker they will be easier to satisfy. If some of your sluts where to die they will be mysteriously replaced by willing sluts, but your maximum number of minions will be capped based on how many crystals you have absorbed power from.

Stay in the city, stay safe, have minions go out and find the crystals. Then gather them and my army up and go monster hunting, then it's time to get the sword and shank a bitch.

I'm also working off the assumption that Fractured Power doesn't diminish my companion's ability to fight. Having the T-1000, Saber, the other companions, a small army, and whatever the Artificer can whip up will hopefully protect me long enough that we can find the crystals.

Sky Ship provides relatively safe travel. If the City is affected by Fractured Power, does it start off a rink-a-dink ho hum town that slowly grows in splendor and majesty as I recover power?

Yeah, unfortunately the Toxic Bitch can't be used with Archmage, so I didn't manage to get that one.

Just for fun, Archmage says that a fireball that would normally destroy a house (which I assume I am capable of) could destroy a city. Supreme Sorcerer says my magic is twice as powerful, (which I guess stacks with Archmage, which already assumes I have Supreme Sorcerer?), so I assume two cities now. Demonology makes fire magic twice as 'destructive and powerful'. Elf makes my spell 'more powerful', Familiar makes it 'much stronger'.

So I could level more than four cities' worth of area with a single cast. I like this build.

I am the son of a wealthy trader who fell in love with a woman from New Minsk, giving me exposure to the culture of both that world and the greater universe.

My plan is to ultimately to become King of New Minsk, raising money and my own reputation and prestige through mercenary work.

The initial plan is to lay a trap to steal Yao's carrier, by hiring on with him as mercenaries/security force

Abraham Hruckhan will serve as my Fleet Admiral/Captain of the carrier while Farkus handles overall strategy.

They will be waiting on the path of Yaos ship in the dreadnought, disable the engines and jam their comms/sensors to board while the rest of my people take it from the inside.

Ultimately my plan is either kill Yao outright or extort information/money from him and then kill him at a later time. Im hoping his crew will accept working under new management, but if they refuse I may just release a few out the airlock until the others change their minds.

After that I will use my Fellian connections to get mercenary contracts against the Satorcians, using the carrier as my mobile base while the dreadnought engages in trade interdiction operations, giving us a cut of the loot as privateers.

Ideally this along with the contracts will allow me to purchase the things on my wishlist and expand my companys services, taking contracts for example on titanfall or polyrot, killing titans and zombies respectively. It seems theres no shortage of work to go around.

Eventually I would take my wealth and army and conquer/rebuilt New Minsk.

I would be open to recruiting mercenaries and adventurers from all over to join my ranks. After New Minsk I would expand out to other colonies and undeveloped planets to take over. Anyone willing to follow some basic rules with some smarts and the willingness to work hard is welcome in my realm.

My realm is a barren wasteland, infused with magical energies that are hostile to all life. Luckily, my minions (and me) are undead. In addition, the realm is so polluted by industry that the air is choked with soot and very toxic. At the center of an industrial sprawl across the land is a huge underground fortress, complete with myriad traps and deadly machines.

The idea is to use the hostile environment, tons of traps (not the lewd kind), and guards to slowly wear down any interlopers, and should they get to the center of the fortress I'll use my final form to destroy them.

Heart of the cards - when playing any TCG or CCG, (Magic, Pokemon, etc) you are able to see the current state of the game in depth, understand and plan accordingly, at a much high degree than you do now

also, when you put your help over your deck you can choose which card you want to draw next, you have to know which card you want, it is swapped with whatever it at the top of your deck beforehand ( still undecided if I want to keep this but I might make it a second perk


Tactical Genius - when playing wargames ( X-wing, Warhammer 40k, King's of War, Bolt Action, even chess) you are able to plan ahead 2 moves, being able to see what your opponent would do, you also have a great strategic mind for what ever game you are playing, the most likely way for you to is by bad dice rolls

(second perk would be allowing you to straight up win every game if you so choose)

Brush with destiny - a set of 12 mundane looking sable brushes, which cover the needs of painting miniatures and terrain with these brushes, whatever you paint looks amazing
you cannot make mistakes, the brushes cannot get damaged, by fault or overuse, anything from edge highlighting, freehanding, wetblending and more, no technique with a brush is beyond you

Other than that, scroll in hand, wilderness gear, and a little armor go a long way.

She's worked in a team before, doing well with another melee combatant while a landmine and trap specialist set up their fights and a sniper covered any unexpected assaults. She also works well with drone specialists as her semblance makes it easy to cooperate in tandem.

Realm is magical because fuck yeah magic. I'm normally a human, but I can morph into a large dragon form without losing any of my intellect or I can turn into a fuckhuge dragon form, and I'll still have the benefit of my Agility/Phsical prowess (though it doesn't mention nerfing my intellect, so I could be a fuckhuge mage). My Guardian essentially functions as a human liaison to the world, and should be able to run the Domain in my absence. My people are civilians who engage in trading or other civilian stuff and are largely average-sized humans. My army is built off of strong physical attackers backed by magic. To this end, all my soldiers and warriors are large draconic beasts to hold off the brunt of the assault from my human mages. The Priests are there to handle battlefield wounds and to patch up any significantly injured peasant. The Overseers, of course, keep the civilians productive. Average Dragons are chosen for the Scouts, because they probably can fly which makes them better scouts. A single Warlord rounds them out, keeping my army in top shape. My personal guard is a reflection of my standard battle doctrine, with two large Dragon Champions holding enemies off while I and the Archmage provide fire support (or he does if I wade into melee) while the Oracle heals. Perks make us more effective defensive fighters, while the realm perks didn't really matter.

In total I have 200 Giant Dragon soldiers, 100 Mages, 20 Dragon Elite, 10 Sorcerers, and 10 Priests in addition to my personal defense.

Then the best way to win is Chess, Go, MtG, Risk, and Dominoes.

Use Command to force children (the most likely people to see themselves 'below' you) into being your followers. Use the children to encircle their friends/teachers for the sake of Capture. Then, since a captured person is of a lower status than you, you can Command them into being followers. Repeat until you claim most of the school. Have someone call in an active shooter situation, and seed some of your followers outside. Have them encircle the police one-by-one until they are all under your control as well, then use them on the media that inevitably showed up. Use Castling to escape, then when the Police sweep they find no shooter and I force them to drop the case as a prank call.

With control over the police force and a bunch of children, I can continue to grow exponentially in followers while using them to claim huge swaths of land for Mana. In case they run into trouble, I can either Castle or use Chain Reaction.

Once I get enough, I use them to search for the Medals for me, using Telepathy to alert me and then Castling with them to get the Medal myself. If I get Othello after 10 Medals, even without being able to surround someone I can still overwhelm them with numbers. Before the final battle I grab Yu-Gi-Oh, and instantly summon number of creatures when it starts (assuming followers don't come with us). Insta-win against anyone without an equal strategy, and even if they have one my creatures and I can just surround them (or I can just use an MTG spell fueled by my ungodly mana pool).

Self + 7 demon friends, destabilize kingdoms with mind control and defilement. Replace with a church dedicated to self. Use powers to grant gifts to those who support me, mindfuck those who don't. If it can't be mindfucked, light it on fire.

I like the Nemesis CYOA in the sense that it acts like a meta-cyoa, granting you immortality/powers/waifus and then shunting you off into a world effected by some other CYOA (the powers/waifu's of which are within your evil grasps).

That's also why I dislike it. a dedicated anon could be a serious game changer, if they watched for builds that had glaring weaknesses due to the lack of specific types of threats in a CYOA (ex: no immunity to mind control/magic since it doesn't exist or isn't a personal threat in their CYOA's world). Everyone would have to adapt to the fact that their personal power trip could be ruined if they aren't defensive enough.

Maybe if this happens, future CYOA's will be even more over powered, with absurd starting points to compensate for the fact that everyone is choosing defensive powers by default.

I like Nemesis CYOA, but saying you should respect it's impact is ludicrous to say the least. What you're asking is tantamount to demanding that people should respect every piece of fanfiction because not doing so ignores the continuity of the story. The fact that it's fanfiction already places it outside the story, and likewise nemesis having been written by a different author and without the context of the original CYOA makes it meaningless unless you feel like accepting it for your own personal reasons.

The closest analogue I can immediately think of is The Culling in Monster Hunter. If you post a build for Monster Hunter and don't take Exempt, you agreed to the chance of someone makes a build specifically for culling you during the Culling. If you take Exempt, you can make that not possible.

I can't spend points to lower the chance of getting buttfucked by someone using Nemesis. If I post a Battlemage build that uses a lot of Time Magic, and a Nemesis enters with Unbendable Time and Nullification, there aren't adequate responses in Battlemage to stop that.
