Serious question.
As a fat sack of shit I have no experience with exercise. I've heard conflicting reports regarding this exercise schedule. Some people claim that it's pretty normal for someone who's in great shape, others say that it would destroy your body in a matter of weeks. Who is full of shit?

So when you use mussels you damage them.
Then they grow back stronger, humans are cool like that.
You'd be better off having a recovery day every so often to facilitate this.

The push ups, sit-ups, and squats are easy af
The running will kill you
You also can't do it every day. After about 2 weeks your body will simply refuse to keep going. You need days off.
I did his exercise program for about 6 weeks, with less running and only 6 days a week instead of EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. And I got a basic foundation for when I moved on to dumbbell and finally barbell exercises. Its worth noting I didn't do it the same WAY the whole 6 weeks. I compounded it, going from 5 sets of 20 to 4 sets of 25 after only like 3 weeks, and I started doing more exercises [125, then 150] as I went, finally saying "Fuck it" and moving onto weightlifting because it becomes too easy really, really quickly.
The only hard part of this program is the running, which WILL fuck you up, and the lack of rest days.
Other then that, its literally baby's first workout tier.
I did 5 to 10 km walking every day during the summer.
You will often needs to rest during the weekend.
