I add a video game style level up system to the world to make it so that you can level up your skills through practicing them, as well as adding magic and other classic items and themes of video games and pnp rpgs. Monsters will also spawn in the world that can be killed for xp, though xp can also be gained by doing your job productively, preforming heroic acts, as well as killing or non lethally subduing people. Monsters, and people, can evolve into other forms after reaching certain levels, at level 10 humans can evolve into such things as elves, orcs, dwarves, or Kemonomimi(such as catgirls), at levels 20 - 50 they can evolve into things on the order of monster girls with a higher level being required for more powerful types. However there are evolvions into actual anthropomorphic furries, and all forms are close to human with the exceptions of races like lamia, centaurs, mermaids, and arachine which still all have an almost entirely human torso. Everyone can also check a stat screen of their abilities at any time, through which it is possible to buy skills or see a basic description of what it would take to unlock them. I also create several different realities which people can travel to and have adventures in, some where advanced technology is common, and some where it doesn't work.

It starts slow though, with a few monsters and people around the world being shown their stat screen and being made to realize the truth of the matter. Then things start to ramp up, with more monsters and magical events happening as time goes on, particularly in the more war torn parts of the world, where more monsters will appear, in safer places they will instead appear in secluded dungeons.

First off the bat, all diseases physical, genetic and infection, basically anything not having to do with the mind, is cured. Next, alzheimers patients now get retention of memories, they'll have an average memory. Whether they come back or not is up to them.

Next, no one needs to eat or drink anymore and are made healthy once. (or at least as healthy as they'd be if they ate correctly. Fat people will still have to excersize and skinny people need to eat a lot to become big)

War, as I see it, is a very fucking hard thing to suddenly fix. War isn't just a country fighting, its a set of ideals against another, a country's worth of people wanting to kill another country worth. Then you get into religious reasons, such as the muslim religion condemning gays and unlike christian, its not god's responsibility to take them out, its there's.

I won't grant every wish or send everyone to a perfect world, but I'll give everyone in the world a chance. Every single human will get 1 more chance to start fresh or become what they want. Dragon and fantasy world? Done, You'll start as a baby to learn how to be a dragon. You just want to be a female? Done. You don't want to die? What about an afterlife with viewing power instead?

The last thing I'll do is leave an afterlife for everyone. They'll go to the hub and get to pick a new world to be reborn into, I'll add to it and leave a search mechanism in it for people to find a specific world.

And then I'll retire.

First of all, limit my own knowledge so that I get selective omniscience. Humanity also gets a boost in intelligence, genetic defects are gone, everyone is a caucasian, 90% less food requirement and average looks are now todays 8/10.

After that, the Christian religion becomes real. Sort of. To start with, every human gets a simple HUD where they see stats about their body, their inventory and such. They also get three sliders, which change depending on actions taken. One is the corruption slider. Going positive or negative on this one can physically change your body and self completely. If you do a lot of good deeds and follow the revised version (without contradictions, idiocy and retarded rules) of the good book, you slowly but surely transform into an angelic form. If you do a lot of bad and deviant deeds, you slowly gain demonic aspects. At first things like eyecolor (red/blue), horns or a halo, feathery or leathery wings come later eventually allowing for flight ending in full blown Demon/Angel sacrosanct persona which allows lesser miracles to be bestowed or corruption/fire magic. The second slider is gender, which can also be changed by actions. If you prefer or been forced to be the reciever, you gain feminine traits, boobs and a nicer bum. This will eventually overwrite your born gender. If you fug someone, you gain masculine ones, bigger equipment, easier to build muscles, a few inches in height.

The third slider is "How well are you pleasing your God?" as a nice reminder that I'm the boss in town. Neither angelic forces nor demonic ones will get a preference from me, the main factor which will shift the slider is whether or not your life is sedentary/stagnated or not. Stuck in that 8-5 office cubicle job when you'd much rather be working in another field? Dips into the negative. Did something you're proud of, pushed your barriers and given your life meaning? Goes into the positive. Doesnt change the body in any way but other people will instinctively treat you like a social case to be helped and interacted with, in the negative and in the positive you'll be admired and have lots of bros. Overall you have some influence over your bodyshape, up to and including keeping your genitalia/switching and the looks of it.

There's also an afterlife waiting for those who did well on the third slider. Will essentially just be a slice of heaven, with limited ability for the afterliver to customize ones experience and when to end it.

On a more personal note, I would build my own city automagically in some spot I like where I'll be spending most of my time unless working on a project. I wont be too involved in the comings and goings of the new human species, but once every year or so I will host a UN/Papal Summit type of event where the outside world can interact with me.

Beyond that I cant really imagine what choices an omniscient/omnipotent being would make.
