That's... a good question. I don't really have any reliable anti-armour in my list beyond melta-bomb-toting tactical squads and chainfists scattered around. My land raider and spartan does fill in that role, kind of, and I could probably use more things in my list that can drop AP3/2 blasts.

Well, now that pintle-mounted heavy bolters are only 10 points a pop making a super-destructor is pretty decent, at least in Armoured Breakthrough. That's also assuming you can take pintle-mounted weapons on your troop preds, since FW hasn't answered me back on that one. Sounds good to me.

So I've looked into it some more and it looks like both the Death Guard and Iron Warriors have some interesting unique options. Tyrant Siege Termies and Havocs sound awesome, but so do Deathshroud and Grave Wardens. My decision is even more difficult now that I've looked into the details. I'm still hoping for some input that may sway me one way or the other.

Now that Tyrants are in Heavy Support they're kind of impossible to take, which sucks because they're neat if costly and somewhat inefficient. Iron Havocs are even more amazing, though. The Ironfire RoW they got can get a little ridiculous, especially so if you take Phosphex on your mortars, to the point that people have to completely adapt their lists or they'll stop wanting to play you; without it, though, IW can actually get a little mediocre.

I don't have as much experience with Death Guard but from what I understand the changes in the last legion rules red books did make them better. They're one of the best legions if you like terminator spam since both of their special dudes are terminators and are actually quite good.

Seeing Warp shit in 30k is bizarre, but the vast majority of people have no explanation for it Except that it ISN'T sorcery, because magic isn't real. As an example, Caliban was a warp-tainted deathworld, but the Lion and Dark Angels didn't really recognize the horrible chimeras that roamed the land as anything but weird monsters until the Heresy. Cults and Chaos religions weren't as common either, but the early Imperium dismissed them as deluded fools clinging to false beliefs.

Loken knew something wasn't right, but he knew neither what it was or how bad it really was until it was far too late.

I hate the WBs, but the UM alone on their home turf were comparable to the Loyalists on Istvaan V, and even 8 legions together failed to eliminate all of them. I think 2 legions killing half of the UM in a few hours and cutting them off from the rest of the galaxy was a tactical victory for the traitors, especially because the Dark gods hald already told Lorgar he was forbidden from killing Guilliman.
The XIIIth were simply too many to kill, and the Traitor 's losses were acceptable
