If you have linux, it comes with a built-in base64 command, so you could do something like:
echo $code | base64 -d | xargs firefox
just replace $code with the code.

For the links with the missing period, I've bound the following
xsel | tr ' ' '.' | xargs firefox
to the Control + middle click shortcut, so that way, all I need to do is highlight the link, press Ctrl while middle clicking and it opens the link in a new tab in firefox. Ties in nicely with the default since middle clicking links opens it in a new tab.

Is there any 13th age stuff there? Because I did not see any.

Any cyberpunk style games with a magic system other than Shadowrun? I've heard it's not good. And while I really like the idea of Shadowruns lore (IE magic + technology + fantasy) I'm hesitant to run such a complicated system, that seems very reviled around here.

If you can read French, nanoChrome2 is a good alternative system to Shadowrun's, and is much, much simpler.
It handles cyber, magic, spirits and adepts. Technomancers are the only thing that has to be houseruled.

Another alternative is to use a downloader, like Jdownloader2. Look it up. I'm using it all the time when downloading stuff from various chans to avoid all this crap.

I hope you guys can help me get a name for a module i've been searching for. It's essentially a conversion of expedition to barrier peaks but i think it's for pathfinder. The cover shows mountains with metal cylinders on them but it's called a different name than expedition to barrier peaks. I thought i book marked it but i guess I didn't and now I can't find the module anymore. I think it was on drivethrurpg or one of those sites.

Okay, with userscloud, you click the blue download button once, you ignore the pop-up window. You click the blue download button again. You ignore the pop-up window. You might need to do this a third time, but after that, the blue button turns green. Click this, ignore the pop-up window. You might need to click again, or if not the file will download. Believe me, compared to some sites, this is real easy. Just make sure you don't go to the pop-up window links and stay on the userscloud and you'll be fine.

Or else you just use Jdownloader. That works a treat.

Obscuring links prevents bots from collecting them. It probably won't help if the copyright trolls are checking 4chan in person, but they're too cheap to have humans check everywhere. Instead they have scripts that scan sites for links and stuff, and then a human checks those and sends a takedown. It's much faster, but it'll miss obscured links.
It's not worth obscuring most stuff, though, only stuff that gets takedowns regularly. Those publishers have likely hired the copyright trolls to scan the web and send takedown notices on their behalf.
