Vampire Blood, it got buffed with no sunlight weakness and a transportation/evasion moode in the form of the bat. Not that hard to find one person per year who you would not feel bad about killing, plenty of scum out there.

Assuming a sufficient spread, Shared Involuntary isn't so bad. 60 different bodies means I can nearly control an entire small business, and the ability to absorb all knowledge and skills of hosts acquired means I can slowly stockpile them and use them to rapidly advance certain hosts. If I take over someone with a lot of tax code and financial law knowledge I could essentially launder the money they all own into a shared slush fund. How did I become a hivemind? My research into machine learning and neuroscience allowed me to come up with a brain computer interface that also allow me to create and sync with my own basic design of a humanoid android, to become more than I was by increasing the processing of my mind among multiple hosts.

It's easy to make someone lie. New hosts can be rapidly gained, much faster than they would age, and their Taint rarely matters, since few would spend an entire day in water nor would it be difficult to regain new hosts. Who cares if they remember or not, it isn't like they know I am a Hivemind. They just don't understand why they did what they did.

One of my first actions would be to send a Host into the military, gaining the skills of a common soldier. Once that was done, Skill Tap II would let me transfer it to all other host bodies, which opens up the coup de grace. 240 separate Hosts. An entire Company of trained soldiers with no discipline problems, working together in perfect tandem. 240 bodies working in perfect harmony, with rapid recruitment and training (borderline instantaneous). I could conquer countries, bring governments to their knees.

Working for a corporation doesnt mean you have to be evil, and besides if things arnt profitable and are frivolous, they are generally unjust and on their way out. The weapon i have mastery over is also the uneque weapon i have thanks to the crop. Having a good reputation with the local government authorities will help, so will having a good squad at my back, even when you are a super soldier, 2 is one and 1 is none. Having an extra forearm projecting from the elbow is good because it means i can carry and use 2 rifles at the same time, and track different targets, within reason. It is also a modification that is hidable. Having my own personal cheerleading squad of Kataoka and Reyes will also help. I plan to focus my character heavily on disguise rather than invisibility, with the ability to read minds i should be able to avoid anyone, i should also be able to detect the shapeshifter Unknown, by their thoughts, unless they get particularly tricky.

Because I like having an organic body. With an extended life , this will give me time to improve my tech to the point where I can seamlessly integrate tech and organic systems, which likely is going to take a few centuries, if not more. First order of business is to locate and deal with the usurper, which is easy enough to do with my contacts and skillset.

In the scenario, I am a hivemind but still a limited one. Meaning the flexibility that come from an organic brain is still somewhat necessary, my tech simply is not good enough to full replace my brain, instead it take dozens of androids to extend my organic brain. Eventually, my tech will be able to simulate my current brain with the same amount of flexibility but not immediately like the other kinds of hiveminds which have either some kind of magic or a fully formed organic brain to work from.

Simply put the advantage of android type is that my hosts are premade for and reflect me, thus they are built as ready made extensions of me. However, the disadvantage is that I need to develop the technology that allows for the same level of flexibility that an organic system has. This takes time and essentially this hivemind will become the singularity, I will be the singularity, which not a simple task by any means. So my organic mind needs time to adapt and to help facilitate the development of the other hosts.

Honestly, I love the android option, it allows me to feel like there is simply so much to achieve, rather than relying on magic to project my mind onto animated objects or coopt existing minds. Mind you the touch option could be a type of nano tech, but jeez if I have that level of nano tech why would I want to control humans?

Average, unassuming, and able to tank pretty much anything that comes my way, I pack my things and jump ship to live somewhere on the edge of the suburbs and rural country. Do farmwork until I can buy a house or get settled. If my new identity has my college background worked into it, then I use that to get a simple, plain office job without much flashiness. Work and hang out with my new dog and Lindsey. Use my incredible durability to my advantage. Possibly start working in poisonous or irradiated environments because they won't effect me much and pay a lot. Eventually convince myself to stop hating myself because life is going well. Court Lindsey and eventually get married. Use my style and personality reading to get ahead at work. Move to a nicer house, staying out of the public eye. After Max dies, I probably have a few long years of depression and never am able to get a dog that would replace him. Lindsey and I never have kids, and when she dies I fall apart mentally and physically because I've got nobody to be there for me. After living too long as the reclusive old man on the corner, I finally pass away and am able to be with Max and Lindsey again.

The perfect build to assist My Lady in whatever endeavors she may choose. My physical abilities and weapon allow me to support her to a limited degree in battle, while the rest aid me in defending her from enemies within and with devising strategies against enemy supersoldiers.

The shapeshifting and saliva mean that I will be more capable in aiding her with matters outside of the realm of combat, but also that I can distract, disable, or kidnap targets that she wishes me to without any fuss.
