Training to jumpstart my ability to overcome the standard android limitations. The fields would be something like bionics and AI (looking for a software/hardware split here), maybe not those specifically but laser focused on building a better body.

With that training I could probably skip having an android body to begin with, it should be more than easy enough to find or build one from my default state. Eventually I would take my wealth and army and conquer/rebuilt New Minsk.

I would be open to recruiting mercenaries and adventurers from all over to join my ranks. After New Minsk I would expand out to other colonies and undeveloped planets to take over. Anyone willing to follow some basic rules with some smarts and the willingness to work hard is welcome in my realm.

Since you're adding spess mehrens, there's always stuff like force swords, thunder hammers, storm shields, psych-out grenades, etc.
For the others, how about stuff like these.

Augmented: Doctor Octopus-esque robo-tentacles, some AI piloted drones, razor wire stuff, or high power microwave cannon for flash boiling demonic blood.

Blessed: How about holy whip? Hell, go nuts stealing Castlevania weapons, its got lots of cool ones. Like the venerable Crissaegrim from SotN.

Injected: Biological flamethrower would be pretty sweet. Same with acid blood.

Murderous: Best I can think of is to copy God Hand. Or maybe Scar from FMA.

General Purpose: A grenade launcher, Chozo arm cannon, and the gravity gun would all be cool.

I've basically spent a few hours yanking all I could find off Deviantart and Artstation. Took it too far. It was fine for what it was in the past, but they've long since gone beyond that. There's nothing wrong with wanting to play a tabletop game about magical girls, but I don't think the genre warranted an entire system be built for it. Almost everything in there is fluff, and just expands on the original, giving explanations. Here's the stuff that isn't, so only 2 parts.

The Job roll (+1 dice roll, double if rolling with d10 instead of d20) is optional for if you roll an adult Alice. Since the Age roll is based on the age of the anon rolling, I have no way to tell this. So I'll just list it as optional for everyone. (Speaking of the Age roll, there's a problem with it. It's impossible to roll an Alice exactly one year younger than you, because you get an Alice 10 years younger instead. I'd rather she be 1d10 years younger or older, instead.)

Skin/eye/hair colour: The proposal change is the same as in the original, with one exception: if you rolled 1 to 4 for skin and 10 for hair, you roll once more, making for an extra 0.04 dice roll overall.

As for the generator, I'm not well-versed enough for that, though I'd like one too.

All option are flawed somehow, but also have a scenario where it can go alright and be better for humanity. The Martian Chroinicles on the other hand does literally nothing. Ones you seperate the weak and bullied ones into a seperate group they immidetly devide into the same ratio of the bullies and the bullied, new leader rise and new outsiders fall. So all what this option would accomplish is just colonise Mars.
Brave New World looks tempting, but i am pretty sure it has potential to fuck up Earth even more than the War of the Worlds. The Fifth Sacred Thing might work, or maybe take Free Will option and die anyway which is kinda boring though.
