What are some settings that people want jumps of that aren't already claimed and being worked on?

So I know D&D 3.5 id massively unbalanced in favor of casters, but do epic level physical classes get superhuman skills or anything?

You need to combine both to achieve anything resembling what most popular speedsters are capable of, the actual required speeds for their feats are usually way higher than the settings claim leaving most superspeed perks woefully inadequate without combining them with them dilation perks.

Arrowverse speedster lets you apply to "Because Speedforce" to achieve Barry's feats from the show despite realistically requiring much higher speeds than the cap.

Really the only reason why the spoilered ones are under never ever is because
1. They're mobile games
2. Their worlds are either really plot heavy/diverse or have that Dark Souls "The backstory of the universe is written in vague terms across multiple characters and evolutionary stages of characters" *Cough* RTD *Cough*
3. All three of which either now require knowledge of japanese or access to varying ranges of existing and missing wiki content to make sure you really dont fuck it up. Of note Granblue's english content only goes to halfway through chapter 60 and there's obviously more after that large chunk of plot/arc

Also they're stupidly large settings for mobile games, CC and RTD being the most copiously kitchen sink of them.

Overall its not like PAD which has vague plots and ideas which makes it that much harder in case someone happens to roll a character or get farther in a plotline that could throw off the document.

Generally, my response to questions about specific Persona is "fanwank it." I generally consider any Persona you create to be individual to you anyway, rather than a carbon copy of the in-game Demon. Think the difference between Amaterasu the Demon and Amaterasu the Persona. So as long as you pick an Arcana that fits the Persona, and are aware that picking Lucifer as your Hidden Depths Persona won't make you any stronger than if you picked Thanatos, I'm not going to deny specific Persona.

Anyway, you're limited to one to three Persona. The only way to get two is Hidden Depths; if you take Self-Awareness and Hidden Depths, I've ruled that you can fluff your Awakened to be your second Persona and your Ultimate to be a third. Each can be a different Arcana.

With that said, someone previously came up with the idea of picking up Job Offer from Dresden, and picking Philemon or as your Master. Having multiple Persona is canonical to their servants, so that's an ability you could get from them, but it'd go away if you changed masters.

Also, considering the first point I made, you could always go for Hanged Man Orpheus. Persona change Arcana between games sometimes, after all.

The Social Link perk makes your Persona gain new abilities rather than changing form. It won't change Arcana.

Creation, the world of Exalted, is Fucked. In several different ways it is completely and utterly Doomed.
You have the Raksha, Fae on Crack, trying to dismantle Creation into pure thought-stuff, and capable of doing so if an Ishvara ever shows up.

There is a vast gulf in between Primordial War fluff and the kind of abilities the Solar Exalted actually have ACCESS to in the average game of Exalted and I don't feel like pressing my luck. Because the fluff has them going full Sun Wukong and all kinds of shit unsupported by mechanics like choking out Primordials (which don't need to breathe) and 1v1ing the Primordial who controls boundaries.

And then somehow, that Rametheus fucker holds his own against the entire Host for good long while after they'd won and Creation itself was diminished vastly. Apparently by using guerilla warfare-style hit and run tactics.

In theory, it is within my power to mote tap every Solar in Creation AS IT CURRENTLY IS due to their lack of experience, by simply spamming enough Celestial Ray/Herald aura/Fire of Sinai-spamming tentacles while using illusions and dimensional bypasses to hide from all but truly perfect attacks Remember: The 4 Us are absolutely vital for fighting Exalted: Unblockable, Undodgeable, Unexpected, Utterly Out Of Context. Applying as many keywords as possible to force them to drain motes for fuelling PDs is the best way to throw out rocket tag rules.

But that doesn't take into account Sidereel shenanigans, would simply inflict too much collateral damage against Creation while attracting the wrong kind of interest (HERE COMES THE UNCONQUERED SUN) and generally doom the place even more so I don't really think about it.

You can't do P3-style Fusion spells. You CAN do P2-style Fusion spells, though.

Hidden Depths Persona can Awaken. If you take Hidden Depths and Self-Awareness, you choose how you want it to work; either both Persona are capable of two Awakenings, or you do that threefer I mentioned. Otherwise they can both Awaken and that's that.

If you've got a lot of mental resistance, soul empowerment, and mana perks, then you'll be able to use any Persona a lot easier. It'll still be a lot more taxing than a normal Persona, but it'll eventually get easier than even a normal Persona as you keep stacking.

I think it's reasonable to say that soul boosts do boost your Persona's power. They are empowered by the self, after all.

Before taking any Perks into consideration, Persona will be Level 1. If Persona is your first Jump, then "Hidden Depths" Persona or Awakened Persona won't be as strong as Thanatos, although they'll get there by December.

Anyway, regarding Persona vs. Demons... That's a really hard question. The strongest Persona you can get tend to be barely capable of overcoming world-destroying threats, and usually require a boost from the Power of Friendship. SMT Protagonists kill avatars of God without that powerup.

If I had to place a guess, I'd say an exceptionally powerful Persona will get you to somewhere in the Movers and Shakers level of SMT. Certainly not at the Godslaying levels, but strong enough to make a difference.

If you go by game mechanics, this is true for the most part. Like I said-there's a huge dissonance between what the Exalted's legends are fluffed as having achieved and what they're actually capable of in the average game.

The real kicker, most of the time, is Perfect effects. Hence why Exalted combat's derisively referred to as rocket tag at times because defence trumps offence (a Primordial said so) so all things being equal, whoever has the most motes wins.

Mostly, we sidestepped the whole bullshit system by using something called Qwixalted, which is essentially a watered-down version of exalted. Sure, it has plenty of its own problems, but none of us really cared to slog through heaps of charms. Sort of? If you're knocked unconscious than your Persona will dissipate, and if your Persona is destroyed then you're going unconscious unless you have a Butterfly Charm. You'll also feel the strain of any attacks on your Persona, and you being injured will naturally impact your ability to use your Persona the same way any other impairment to your mental state would.

This goes away if you have Cipher's Mask, by the way. If that's the case, then any attack on you is redirected to your Persona instead. Of course, it stops working if your Persona is destroyed, which knocks you out unless you have the aforementioned Butterfly Charm.
