By the time i got back and wrote it all out, thread died. anyways.

Judging by the wording of the Unwavering perk vs what Alucard said about his weakness at the end of ult, it's fairly clear the jumpmaker would say yes. Then again i am not said jumpmaker, it's all based on assumptions.

I've got 2 1ups, practically impervious to telepathic attacks,(loads) sense of self perks from robocop, hellsing, and Kingdom Hearts, as well as immunity to getting wiped via reality warping bullshit (that specifically mentions schrodinger's cat) from blazblue. And some anti corruption perks for good measure.

I think i'm covered.

Whatever Sonic's Super Sonic Speed + Overlord LN's Drop In would be, I guess.
I don't practice to get faster because pushing limits is for dorks with huge eyebrows and bowl haircuts, but I do run around a lot just, y'know, because a lot of times it's easier than driving around on the road or finding a place for the spaceship to land.

If I really want to move fast for something, like a fight or time limit, I usually cheat with time stopping powers anyway. It's way easier.
Although there was that one time in Naruto where someone figured out how my Homuhomu Time Stop worked, and how it could be gamed by staying in contact with me. They actually tried to go all Mami Rebellion on me with a chakra thread!
Except then it turned out that, no, I actually AM still fast, and now you've made me take you seriously as an actual threat.

We're immediately thrown into fighting off the vampire invasion. Then we can start supporting Cardinal Shrain in achieving peace with the vampires and deviants. I'll also have to engineer a strain of zerg that that do nothing but grow giant sacks of blood for me to drink, while Kanaya and Porrim walk me through surviving with a blood addiction.

I also tried out my first background music perk. Hooh boy, the first album is not going to be seeing much play unless I want to annoy someone, but the second one is cool.

Because that's not what it means to stop time. Stop means stop. As in nothing's moving. It doesn't mean "really really slow".
If Goku said he was existing outside of time, or even something completely stupid like pushing time away with the power of his energy, that would be still be okay. But if all he's doing is moving really fast, then that means his time, and by extension everyone else's time, is not really stopped.

That means that Hit is either slowing everyone else down a lot, or he's speeding himself up a lot. But he's not stopping anything, because things are still capable of moving without explicitly canceling the power. Stopped means stopped. Words mean things.

It's still very impressive, but that's not what it does. And it's not even the first time this has happened. This is not unique to Dragon Ball. Anime does shit with calling things "stopping time" when they're really just moving really fast all the time.

First thing is to have a huddle with the trolls to plan things out. Then, Aradia turns invisible and travels through time to appear behind Kurosensei and freeze him in time. Vriska will steal his luck while I shoot him and use the Imperious curse on him. If he's still alive when the time stop ends, I order him to hold perfectly still while I kill him.

If that doesn't work, we'll investigate him. Maybe start with the class's old teacher, who was married to a researcher and who disappeared (along with her husband's lab) immediately before Korosensei appeared out of nowhere and started demanding to teach her class. Seems like maybe somebody should look into that. That should be enough to figure out what's really going on. Since he wants to die anyway, this won't actually be that hard. I just have to make sure I don't get sacked for fucking a couple of my students. (You're don't understand! We were married in another universe and they only have the bodies of 16 year olds, they're actually 300 year old alien goddesses!)

The jumpmaker may have even said that was why they made it, but that might have been someone putting words into their mouth so take that with a grain of salt.
