I think the point is more that pulped Angrymud tends to dissolve, darken and corrupt things near it. Kiritsugu basically contracted magical radiation sickness just from standing near the stuff without it directly touching him. Whereas that perk offers a wider safety margin for consuming it on top of the SOTC perk.

I'm not going to argue that training can have a big part in it. I'm of the opinion that Kaguya never uses any actual "techniques." Shit like the All-Killing Ash Bones and the Yomotsu Hirasaka were just fancy names for innate powers derived from her shitload of kekkei genkai. But at least I've never personally seen a truly natural (as in they were born with them) Rinnegan user in a fight. We never see Hagoromo fight anybody. And I'm pretty sure Kaguya's dimensional shit is Mangekyou-derived, basically a more sophisticated Kamui.

So rough draft of The The Chronicles of Riddick, most of the perks are there, or at least the idea behind them is there. Not sure what items to put in and I'm also not sure about giving Necromongers that take their capstone to just pull souls from bodies. I can throw out some tips:

1) Maybe name the 400CP Drop-In Perk "It's An Animal Thing" and have it make all animals with a feral intellect submit to you if you have a strength greater than theirs. Basically give them an intuitive "this person is more dangerous than I am" feeling that makes them submit to you as an "alpha" without fighting whereas a savage animal would normally fight.

2) Tweak "Head In A Box" a little to make it more effective. You don't need a perk to piss somebody off. Maybe reflavor it to just give you an instinctual idea of a person's ins and outs, allowing you to know their general personality and how they'd react to stimuli. This would give you a good idea of how to piss them off and can have other uses as well.

3) Maybe for the 600 mercenary perk call it something like "A Nose For Trouble" and make it give you an intuitive sense for when you're in danger or when trouble's going to show up even in defiance of common sense.

A reminder that with the Otsutsuki Clan, Kishimoto introduced legitimate multiverse-traversing and multi-dimensional bullshit that can be traveled with Space-Time Jutsu.

And Sasuke can use Space-Time Jutsu freely because Uchihas.

I really liked Lace Harding, the Dwarf scout that was shown in every new area. She was really cute, and as a Dwarf Inquisitor, it felt right to romance her. However she wasn't romanceable beyond simple flirting. You had to have the last DLC to agree to go on a date.

I found all the main party members to be a drag. Except for Solas, he was cool. However they completely ruined his character by turning him into some Elvish trickster god. Only other character I liked was the Qunari.

I hope that this isn't the direction they're going with Adromeda.

...you know what I have absolutely no fucking idea. Mainly because gene samples seem like the kind of thing that you would NEED to ensure an Omnitrix expy is successful. I admit I don't know the show well, but its main strength is its fuckhuge genetic memory database and the versatility that it brings as a result.

But... if I wanted to start? I would go with the following:

-Something that provides an absurdly kickass genetic memory system. Whether it comes from a machine, or your own flesh, what the fuck ever.
-Record of Evolution/Personal Analysis/Science of Evolution/Simulated Biome from E.V.O. Search for Eden. All of these aliens have a really weird system set-up, they all evolved differently on their planets. Which means to make your own version, you need something that will grant you that same open possibility to study evolutionary conditions and essentially program your own species. Versatility is your friend.
-Yellow Crystals from E.V.O. wouldn't hurt either.
-Get some genetic assimilation perks like shit from Zerg, Underworld... fuck, get some fucking Roaches from Terra Formers. Adapting genetics is key, don't write off getting samples from others.

Honestly, the biggest thing I'm reading is that the Omnitrix lets you change forms and shit. It's basically a shapeshifter's wet dream because it contains so many freaking variables and alternatives, and has a bunch of gene samples to start OUT.

I think Animal Morphing in Teen Titans is superior, so long as the creature ain't magical you can turn into it. And Beast Boy can shift very quickly, in the comics his shifting out sped bullets, and even in the show he was very quick.

As the one who's going to fucking eat Primus, where all the DNA is stored, I'm still gonna try to get my hands on the Omnitrix as well. Only because the seemingly-exponential energy generation it can do.

In 30 days, it was able to gather enough energy to create a wave capable of wiping out the universe.

Also this in particular would be less invasive than the lasik I had. Well if you don't want them blue then I've got nothing for you, unless you want brown. Which would still require the lasers that you are so opposed to due to your preference for your metaphorical appearance. Though if you did want brown and didn't mind the vain lasers, then there are a few drugs that can darken your eyes usually causing brown.

Yea green won't work unless you had the genes for it in the first place, and due to your eye color any change would require the laser to remove the existing pigment, then for you to take a drug that causes your eyes to produce new pigment. However as eyes only produce pigment once it's not like your eyes would go back to black unless the drugs turned out stronger than expected. Really though the drugs that do this just accidentally turn back on the mechanism in the eyes to produce pigment, and usually only partially.

Really your best bet then is that someone comes up with a retrovirus based genemod that causes the body to reabsorb existing eye pigment, then produce green eyes, and for that retrovirus to somehow infect you accidentally, unless you view vanity genemods better than plastic surgery.

The laser thing is coming out of human trials soon from what I have seen, it hasn't had any issues from what I have read. The drugs are all existing medication that just has that as a side effect, though I think some of them can cause blindness, the ones I know of are glaucoma medication actually, though one is sold as a medication to cause the growth of eyelashes. No cancer concerns that I know of though. The retrovirus thing might cause cancer, or blindness though from what I know just changing someone's gene to be that of green eyes is currently doable and possibly safe, but we don't have a way to safely activate the gene and cause eye color change.

Wasn't the statement of Sheev being the strongest made in like 2003, before Kotor 2 came out? It took Sheev a lot of effort to keep up his forcestorms and control them, while Nihilus casually lifewiped a planet full of force sensitives with a word, and the side effects of the attack destroyed the surface of the planet. Can I import a helmet with a semi-open face with Necromonger Mask? I have this helmet I picked up in Overlord... and considering how scary my face/eyes are, leaving those visible would probably work to maximize fear.

True, looking it up we currently know of 8 genes involved in eye color. Though theoretically if we knew them all we could basically just swap out one set for another, without risking cancer, other changes could happen though.

1. Yes your eyes do look just like Riddicks.

2. A fire elemental would be able to burn things yea although it is more limited as they cannot control outside sources of fire, as such they would simply need to keep their body close to the item. Think campfire hot. And yes semi-Incorporeal, no going through walls but you can easily avoid damage

3. That's actually a hard one, never thought someone would take that so I'm gonna say you're able to take a good few blasts from a Necromonger assault rifle. Keep in mind in the movie one shot from the pistol more or less destroyed a guys head

4.Yes, I see no problem with you importing a semi-open face mask considering the Lord Marshals helmet can be semi open and Riddicks 'helmet' is something similar. Pic related to give you an idea.
