I was a orphan adopted by Lunestier groundskeeper. A teacher saw that I have strong innate magical skills. So I got accepted in the prestigious magical school.

Hopefully with my summoning magic and tactics I can basically become a general of my own magic army and I can use arcane magic to protect myself and support my army. After graduation my friends and I can go on quests to find treasures and lost knowledge and help protect peasants and kingdoms. After I become stronger, I can take over a old castle as base and start small Queendom of magical creatures summoned from the different planes. Then become a famous mercenary company and have my magic army help settle conflicts in exchange for extravagant gifts and titles.

Eventually have more titles than all those pompous spoiled students at school who wouldn't except me because I'm "poor" and "low class".

I rolled a 1 and a 3 for Bind Date, so I guess that gives me Mecherath

The basic idea is to make my friends a team of monster hunting badasses.
Myself, Kae, and Valerie would be the frontliners, with Sorte providing ranged backup, Kit providing magic backup and Eloise there to keep us all from dying afterwards.

I imagine the research proposal would be supporting some brilliant idea of Eloise's. Probably we will have to protect her from her obsessive former playmate

The blind date would ideally be a chance to network Mecherath seems very well connected, so I'd do my best to befriend her. Ideally she'd help us set up monster hunting jobs after graduation.

God help us with the fundraiser though, I have no good ideas for that.

Ideally sneaking into places and blowing them up with a well rounded background to fall back on. Duxix is a pal and a good tactician, Farhat because support is a force multiplier and music's fun, Edwards for DEUS VULT, Tash because I'd need to bond with someone over a love of explosives, and Liene because spellblades are neat. Maybe a bit combat heavy?


Battle Royal every year, spam explosives til victory is achieved. Maybe Duxix would have a better plan.

Fund Raising because bombs are expensive. Host historical reenactments using explosives instead of actors. Think of the untapped market!

Research Proposal because you can always build a better bomb.

Party Planner because explosive fireworks are always a hit. Will there be a repeat performance?

You have to form a contract, so I don't see why it couldn't tell you to bugger off if you don't treat it well. So the difference between divine arts and magic blood key (or mbk) method of healing lies in a few key points.

1. Mbk has a higher overall healing potential in a pure numbers sense. This is due to the pure utility of blood magic combined with the regen of ki. Arcane magic can work as an energy source to jumpstart the healing process in others to a staggering in unreal rate, however this is one of the the top 5 hardest things to do with arcane magic and was first accomplished only 30 years ago so it's very hard to find a competent teacher

2. Mbk is much more of a hard science then divine arts is. You need to have an understanding of how the body actually works to a certain degree to make this work at its peak capacity. This is not an issue for divine.

3. Divine arts is the only way to perform true resurrection (as opposed to necromancy or something of the like) on someone, this technique is very difficult though.

In da first year Lunestier I met some of the strangest kids that became my friends, da first was Mecherath. So, a hero for hire, that will be glad to fell anything you want dead, as long as the reward is worth the risk. H-hey, I only kill bad guys and monsters, though! Why they're bad? Well... ask my employer, I'm sure there's a reason.

Illusion magic is used in place of mundane stealth so that it's never fair deal to try to spot me or catch me. Maybe I'm just not who I seem to be, or not doing what you thought I was doing. Seems like I'm gently throwing a flower, but it's a knife. My arrow will hit the target in one second - oh, it already hit, it was actually two meters ahead of where it seemed to be. And such.

Even if I'm spotted by the monster or bad guy I'm trying to kill, good luck chasing me and my mirror images! Also, maxed maneuver, so I hope they can teleport or something, or they'll be kited until they die of boredom.

Companions-wise, like attracts like, and you can always learn something more from others! And Silene... Silene is a c-cute, ok.

All these events will surely be plenty of opportunity for learning how to be better at all I'm trying to do, to get acquainted with interesting people (especially Basilisk's), and most importantly - have fun.

well your biggest problem may be that you don't take what others say with a grain of a salt. Being a PDF maker, less people play your CYOA's and thus you hang on every word. This can be bad if people are just uppity for some reason.

If i had to make a suggestion, I know that the scientist made some PDF's and they might be a good source of information on how to do it.

Let's say person a and person b both have sloth. Person A has a virtue he doesn't exercise regularly (1), and person b has a virtue that he exercises regularly enough to halve his aging (0.5).
Both person a and person b sleep for the same amount of time (100 minutes) and gain the one minute of life span. The difference is that while person a gets the one minute as is, because of person b's virtuous acts, person b gets both extended time in addition to the added time (1 minute/0.5 rate of aging).
Am I making any sense?

My character brings synergy between Ki and Technology - spirit and robotics. Born to a simple family, he quickly made a name for himself by exhibiting what appeared to be strange powers and abilities. A long time innovator and inventor, he was picked up by Odesium when all the other academies rejected him for either being too unorthodox or lacking the connections for a successful application.

In combat, my character prefers to approach cautiously, employing stealth and illusion magic, in order to maneuver into a position to best apply overwhelming firepower. In his opinion, the best possible battle is one that you end in one shot and he isn't afraid of using cheap shots if necessary. However, that isn't the preferred modus-operandi.

I picked friends to best compliment my natural tendency towards Ki and technology. Hopefully a combination of friends and events will lead to the development of true (friendly hopefully) A.I. and all the benefits that would bring. This would further augment my fighting style by providing unparalleled processing and combat analysis abilities.

Luther takes what he can from said monsters and turns it on other monsters which snowballs into becoming the main offensive caster swapping back and forth between front lines and ranged support as mana/injuries allow. Roll in dough, get into the great hunt for the opportunity of hunting definitely dangerous monsters, become a master blue mage, kick ass in battle royal, use said dough for drunken shenanigans at the basilisk den, gaurd duty to have at least one honest job on resume and flirt with princess.

Most of my friends considered my choice to go to Ej Har strange. They said it was a place for power hungry sociopaths to go to and that a kindhearted person such as me should go to St. Flare's. I was determined to prove them wrong. Using extensive knowledge of poisons, potions, and blood magic I've become a doctor second to none. While priests may be capable of healing wounds, I can stitch up organs and carefully eliminate cancers. I can also do cool tricks like manipulating my own blood stream and whatever liquids are inside it. Hopefully after all my hard work I'll change the public perception of blood magic.

Last thread had the most recent version of the battlemage cyoa, but I remember a version at some point with half the skill trees but they were twice as long with 6 t-1's 2's and 3's and 2 t-4's for each magic "school." Is that version outdated?

My build is quite simple, a Simple man let say son of a small merchant family, with an unhealthy obsession for magic enlisted himself in St. Flares with hopes to train himself in the arcane arts but instead of simply follow the traditional style of magic decide to try to understand the core of everything magic, for that purpose he will not only learn all the basic arcane magic but will also try to learn blue magic and get access to the rarest powers that only monsters have, even learning how to summon creatures that double as mentors an allies.

Not many fight with bow in our time, either preferring cold steel, magic or both. Gifted in magic Aidian would not only learn the ways of a bow, but arcane magic and it's refinement. My first iteration of Strange coins was done as a pdf, which was mostly ignored due to pdf hate at the time (it goes in waves), I also did a 1 page or so mockup of slut life as an image+text pdf that I've never posted. The strange coins pdf was images+text also.

I was using that as a learning tool for doing gaming industry standard pdfs among other pdfs I made at the same time but you can't use some cheap pdf program for that kind of thing. I used InDesign, which is way more then really needed for making a cyoa.

If she's guilty, and there's concrete evidence, though, you have two options: either plea bargain, or bribe the judge.
