Actually from further reading, Solitaires aren't blanks just that direct assaults to their mind doesn't work. So they're immune to Telepathic discipline, because their mental landscape is depressing.

I do like the Shadow Seer, and that might be what happens if you choose Warlock as Harlequin. Instead focusing on raining death, you'd be focusing on illusion.

I'll be changing up Solitaries so that they're not Psyker blanks. Just that their immune to mental assaults. I do like Troop Master.

Hmm, I do like these choices. I'll do further research on Harlequins. They were my weak spot really. Had no Idea what I was doing with them.

So Jumpers, what's your super move? The one you use to end all fights, or to impress your opponents the most? Vid related.
>>
So wait the difference between a shipgirl and abyssal is that one was sunk and the other wasn't? Or is it something about bitterness about being sent to die?

Man all I know is that I want to be Yorktown the Abyssal and troll the US shipgirls.

In order to end a fight with a Opponent I can't be otherwise Suicide Strike with the nefarious M.I.R.V. Or even the cyclonic torpedoes.

In order to embarrass my opponent Mix six paths and Soft physics.

In order to terrify my opponent unleash my war form and use the Martial art I picked up In generator Rex based on the fighting styles of Misters Voorhees and Myers Combined with Eliatrope Portals to be A teleporting giant monster that is even more unstoppable and ponderous than normal,Sometimes I just use chainsaw fingers from my Demon weapon form instead of The full war form if I Am only fighting one person.

Well, if you think about it... Kancolle is an online game, isn't it? So no matter how many abyssals you kill, there will always be more, and no progress will ever be made towards truly defeating them, and they will always be a threat, because that is the nature of online games.
Whereas players can lose interest and disappear, and the game can eventually become unpopular or unprofitable enough to the point that it is no longer supported.
Which would mean the abyssals win, because there are no more ship girls to fight them.

So... yes.

>>Way the Laughing God Discount

>>Player (200cp) - The basic backbone of the Harlequin is the Player. They are the chorus of the troop, the backup dancers for those higher up. Yet when in comparison to their Craftworld Eldar cousins, they are faster and more agile. Their speed and agility rivals that of the Commorrite Wyches. As with their Craftworld cousins they are psychically gifted, but Harlequin fear not drawing the eye of She Who Thirsts and have developed a psychic bond with their fellow dancers, including the solo dancers, the Death Jesters & Solitaries. This enables them to coordinate their dance with one another on a subconscious effort. As an experienced dancer you're able to psychically bond with your companions in similar manner, even if they aren't part the Troupe.

>>Death Jester (200cp)- Morbid heavy weapon specialist, known for their dark sense of humor and lethal practical jokes. Skilled at turning death of an opponent into an ironic death.

>>Shadowseer (600cp) - Master of illusions and trickery.

>>Solitaire (800cp) - Plays She Who Thirsts, immune to hostile telepathy, increased physical attributes and master of stealth.

Changed up a few things for Harlequin's/Way Of The Laughing God. Y/N? What y'all think?

Air Defense Hime is thought to be Akizuki or Teruzuki. Seaplane Tender Hime is thought to be Mizuho. Aircraft Carrier Water Oni is thought to be Shoukaku. While there's no real confirmation obviously about which Abyssal Shipgirls match to normal Shipgirls, these look similar to and have some connections to the ones they are believe to be based on, such as Mizuho having been sunk in the battle that the event map Aircraft Carrier Water Oni first appeared in.

Oh, this is going to be hilarious. Even with the consequences of my actions in the Deldar jump.
>>
To the jump maker for Mushoku Tensei, if you can use fighting spirit does the magic armor provide additional benefit based on that or enhance it? Or does it simply work at a fixed level? Rudeus using the Mark 0-1 managed to survive against 2 world powers and defeat 1. Versions 2-4 were meant for mass production and boosted normal people to the level of Saint rank. Rudeus could not use fighting spirit yet gained that much of a boost.

I'm asking from the perspective of being King class but I imagine this will pertain to jumpers with a great physical baseline acquired from many jumps as well.
>>
Oh dear Smash isn't properly updated.
I've uploaded the proper one.

Here it is btw just so you guys know.
Not much changes outside of one extra drawback, some grammar correction, a Logo, and a fucking ending page.

Also KH is still coming along just really REALLY SLOWLY I'm technically done just rebalancing and fleshing out some things. The Heartless and nobodies got a mild overhaul

>>

Shape customization, tier based summons, a couple of perks on top of that, and it's a racial choice on top of that so you can stack it with a neat background for more stuff for a hefty price that is. It's getting a little big so I even upped the drawback limit to 1000cp, but don't worry I design drawbacks to hurt but be entertaining at the very least

>>43665333
I dunno, He hasn't posted about it since. But I'll leave him to do his work as there's plenty of content that doesn't include BBS stuff. I still am willing to update the jump to include continuity with that jump via +0 drawback if anons want it. Hell I'll even chip in to help if he wants.

They become human again.

Technically both can die and they will become human again with memories of both of those halves.

Heartless and Nobodies come in such a huge variety of weird and cool that almost anything goes when it comes to how they work outside the obvious basics.
>>
>>43665561
They became a human and lose all the neat powers their half-existence granted them.

Also, they're more like a third of a whole. A being has three parts in KH, body, soul, and heart.

Also spoiler, Nobodies powerful enough to look human eventually regrow their hearts.
>>
>>43665561
>What happens if a Nobody combines with their Opposite Heartless?

It's not a conscious thing that either can initiate, but if it does happen, the original person is revived. In order for it to happen, the Heartless has to be slain first, then the Nobody.

So, Jumper Empress of Jumper Eyes from Mushoku Tensei lets me do impromptu surgery to give people copies of any magic eyes I have. Makeover Montage from Career Model lets me use cosmetic changes to affect real changes. Combining these perks, how bad an idea is it for me to hijack the Infinite Tsukuyomi in Naruto to give everyone on the planet their own Rinnegan?
>>
>>43665757
Hilarious/10
Really though you would see a massive uptake in violent crimes as people overestimate their new abilities. You would also see a lot of people developing new and likely dangerous techniques. Though overall power distribution may not change much, but those who are in charge of the various nations/ninja villages would likely be seeing a great deal more work, when they should have otherwise been seeing less.
>>
>>43663973
Seems pretty decent, Death Jester and Shadowseer especially are likely to get a lot of play.

Though I'm not really pleased about having to play the Dark Prince in acting performances. Not sure I have the build for it, if you know what I mean.

>>
>>43666603
I did. I'm just having trouble filling out the Drop-In perk tree. Keyblade Apprentice and Enlightened Native are done though. After that I have to add items.
>>
>>43666620
> Drop-In tree
Well, traditionally, those are often either related to outside context problems, wandering travelers, or occasionally outright villainous powers.

So... honestly I'm not sure, but you could maybe do something relating to Vanitus and Xehanort (planning/intimidation?), or even Cloud/Zack related stuff, since Final Fantasy characters are always kind of the odd ones out in these games.
I dunno. It is admittedly hard to come up with ideas for a tree that is often just described as "not like these other options".
>>
>>43666790
I thought about that. The problem with the FF characters though is that they're just sort of there. We don't know that much about them and how different they are from their original counterparts.
>>
>>43666857
We don't because they're the FF characters with very tenuous ties. Tidus and Selphie for instance are childhood friends of Sora and gang, with no memories of their "previous lives". They might as well be blank carbon copies using a similar appearance. Even "Leon" is a native of that Radiant Garden world.

On the other hand Cloud is explicitly implied to have traveled through the Void - he remembers his fights with Sephiroth and continues them.

Cid and Moogle. Well there are too many of both to count
>>
>>43666857
Cloud, Squall, and Yuffie are pretty impressive during their coliseum fights. Then of course there's Sephiroth....
>>
>>43665428
Do we get to pick one of the 13 elements if we go Nobody?
>>
>>43663973
I almost don't care what they get at this point.

Now I'm really tempted to head to Worm to grab Cartoon Physics and then show up in the Eldar Jump as the only Human Harlequin there just to throw everyone off.

Well except the Laughing God and the other Harlequins. I'm sure they'd get a laugh out of it.

They mostly swing their weapons around and shoot fireballs. Yuffie has a ninja dodge, Squall can make his sword grow super big, and Cloud can sprout a wing to fly around and do the Sonic Blade attack.
It's kindof neat, but not really anything super unique or able to fill out an entire perk tree.

>>43666857
>>43666972
> Memories
> Void
> Moogles
Hm. An emphasis on memories, perhaps? Memories are a BIG DEAL in Kingdom Hearts, so it'd be fitting if some kind of perk related to them, though I'm not sure what it'd be. It could be as simple as having an eidetic memory yourself, or maybe you could help resurface memories in others?

Moogles run the synthesis shops, so maybe some kind of KH-related crafting ability? Alchemy, empowering crystals, that kind of thing. Maybe you could even craft keychains or... other things.

Also notable is, if the thousand heartless fight in KH2 is any indication, not to mention their frequent role as "badasses of another story" such as Auron, the Final Fantasy characters are weirdly some of the few people who can kick ass in Kingdom Hearts WITHOUT lugging around a giant key or darkness magic.
So you could maybe pull something like an ability to punch out Heartless or Inversed or whatever flavor-of-the-month with pure determination.
Sortof a, "The plot says you need a special weapon blessed by light, but fuck that, your fist is special enough" bypass perk.

... I dunno.
I feel like this doesn't make a good "tree", but they are ideas.
>>

>>
>>43667828

Shrink from DC let's you shrink to subatomic levels. Not completely sure if it's only subatomic levels, or if you can stop part way, but that's still really damn small.
>>
>>43667872
If it's anything like in the comics it would let you stop midway. The Atom can take any size between normal and sub-atomic. It's been shown a few times that he actually does work with oncologists, going inside patients to literally punch the cancer out of them.
>>
>>43667797
Vault-Tec is still funny for those outside.
>>
>>43667872

We need to go smaller. Small enough that anon can walk on a quark the way regular humans walk on a planet.
>>
>>43667828
There is the Ant Man perk from Sim Ants that lets you get down to Ant Size and use your other powers at full capacity.

So you could start with that as a base and try to get smaller with Shrink and stuff from DC/Marvel --Not sure which.

>>
>>43668186
>Haven't the types of Fera also changed over time?
Not sure what you mean by this. New types have cropped up in-universe, yeah, usually by cultural divisions or are Mockery Breeds (which I'll include if I can find the rules).

Bit sad that the insect races are extinct too, and obscure enough that I doubt novelty rules exist for them. Because if I can find rules for the Camazotz, Apis, and the like I'm entirely willing to offer those with an additional price in points to compensate for the canon breach. A few kinds are mentioned in passing memory only without any details ascribed to them.

>>43668214
I don't know shit about Forsaken. Idigram just reads like god machine nonsense to me.
>>
>>43668218

I meant new types showing up in-universe.

I figure stuff like werewolves(or any of the werewolf) mammals probably weren't around during the time of the Lizard Kings.

At least I'm assuming their probably weren't dinosaur werewolves. Then again the OWOD is weird enough that I would not be surprised if they did.

Any reason you can't make a generic 'pick some animal and assume your a rare breed that wasn't considered important' option?
>>
>>43668303
>I figure stuff like werewolves(or any of the werewolf) mammals probably weren't around during the time of the Lizard Kings.
Haven't thumbed over the Mokole breed book yet, but as far as I remember from the last time I read it, that is indeed the case. The Mokole hold that they were created first, with others coming later.

>Any reason you can't make a generic 'pick some animal and assume your a rare breed that wasn't considered important' option?
Super not canon. That'd be like letting you create your own clan in Vampire. Of course, nothing is stopping you from stealing Pentex's research they used to make the Mockery Breeds and improving on it. Or from discovering the blood rituals to distinguish your traits into a bloodline in Vampire, I guess.
>>
>>43668329
To be fair, whenever I did Vampire I went Drop-In and fucked with everyone by not giving anybody any clue what the hell clan I was due to showing stuff that from what they could tell were from different clans.
>>
>>43668329

It mostly seemed like it would simplify things for the less important Breeds, and handle the issues of 'so what if the werewolves didn't notice some of them?' and 'so what about new ones?'

After all unlike vampires Fera lack a fairly detailed genealogy going back to the beginning of their species.
>>
>>43668378
Definitely possible.
>>43668402
Meh, I'm not worried about the difficulty, I'm just remarking on the length.

Another issue with doing a fiat option is that different kinds of Fera often have different gifts, rites, and other various talents. Lumping them all together would either make them unavailable, or just give people zero idea what their breed is supposed to have.
>>
>>43668438
Perhaps a "Mechanically you're this, but fluff wise you're that" option? I know my D&D Party used to do that for a Drow party member (He actually was Evil, and my Paladin character taught him that things work different on the surface, and that allowing an enemy to live is a far greater showing of strength then killing a defenseless foe, it was a good game) that based the mechanical aspects of his character off of High Elves.
>>
>>43667424
Yeah.
>>
>>43668218
Wikia's got some decent information on them. Apis were the cultivators - they handled agriculture and matchmaking, including making sure bad matches didn't go through. Camazotz were basically Corax, but at night. Grondr were the janitors - they rooted out corruption, whether it's physical or mental, saving what they could and destroying the rest.

You could probably do a decent job by giving Apis a good mix of Social gifts, Camazotz some Corax and maybe some No-Sun Mokole gifts, and Grondr a good mix of sensory, anti-spirit, and anti-taint gifts. Or just don't worry about individual gifts, and try to make perks which are reflective of the gifts one can learn without having to copy the game 1 to 1.
>>
>>43666620
For Drop in you could have the powers of darkness and controlling the unversed. It makes the most sense for this background to have those powers than the other 2.

So, I'm thinking of working on Diablo seeings as I enjoyed all those games (to a greater or lesser extent). I'm not claiming it, because the chances of me actually finishing something are slim, but I'm preparing to read the novels. Last time I saw some discussion

Demonsbane, Legacy of Blood, The Black Road, Kingdom of Shadow, Moon of the Spider

came up as the 'good' books, but what's well written and what's mechanically interesting don't necessarily overlap. Like, I didn't see Uldyssian's books mentioned, but I'll definitely have to read those (at least I think so, advice may inform me otherwise) because Nephalem. So if anyone knows of anything particularly unique or interesting I'd appreciate it if the pointed me towards it.

Erm. I think that's covered pretty much everything alright.

Really I think the troublesome parts to represent would be the angel lore and maybe integrating Diablo 3 with the rest of the jump, unless you're thinking of doing D3 as a separate jump from the other games.
>>
>>43671132
I had originally thought of it as one jump, but yes, recently I have been entertaining a split.

Penny for your thoughts on the angels?
>>
>>43671317
I...think STorm of Light, Book of Cain and Scales of the Serpent have most their lore. No idea how good those books are though.

Now that I think about it I'm pretty sure D3 had a shitton of angel lore compared to Tyrael dropping in now and then in the other games so-yeah, a split makes sense
>>
>>43670944
Diablo is better served as multiple jumps, like the way 40k has been handled. The inconsistencies in the mechanics and lore allow for you to craft seperate jumps for each game, and just include 0 point drawbacks in each one allowing jumpers who want to to link their jumps together.

Just feel like posting a little thing that happened during Jojo jump.
>User Name: Holly Kujo
>Stand Name: (Tangled Up) In Blue

Strength: E
Speed: D
Range: A
Durability: C - A
Precision: D
Development Potential: A

>Appearence: In Blue is an overgrowth of plants (typically vines, but they can mimic local flora if need be) spanning the entirety of the stand's range.
>Ability [Got the Blues]: In Blue can transfer energy between people in contact with it and itself, using it on stands effects their parameters and the potency of their abilities. Charging a person with energy fills them with energy and inspiration, but gives them progressively narrow focus, to the point where they may injure themselves in monomaniacal frenzy. Draining energy from people clears their mind, but reduces their stamina until they eventually pass out. Stand Users cannot be drained of energy if their stand is active.

>As Holly further musters her will and comes to grips with her stand i gains a new function

Strength: B - A
Durability: B
Development Potential: C
>Segments of In Blue act as giant muscles, pulling on the terrain it covers to form weapons and defenses.

>Eventually she accepts the Legacy of the Joestar lineage, and In Blue gains an alternate form.

>In Blue: The Hermit

Strength: B
Speed: C - A
Range: C
Durability: B
Precision: B
Development Potential: E
>In Blue gathers itself around Holly, trading its environmental control for direct attack power. In Blue can switch between forms, but not on the fly.

Neat. I haven't seen a good Jojo write up like this in a while. Thanks, Kanons.

What did the rest of your jump look like?
>>
>>43672354
Started in Battle Tendency, my hamon wasn't good enough to pose a credible threat to the pillar men, but I convinced Stroheim's buddies to get off their lazy asses and put as much ordinance as possible on the manor in Switzerland, thereby saving Zeppeli a fair amount of pain, though it turns out the monster closet was made of sterner stuff, so the rest of the part happened similar to kanon.

After that, called up my companions, fished SUPAH AJA from the volcano, and spent the next few decades monk-ing it up with Hamon.

Come the 80s I raided the arrows expedition, got enough to take Kira out of the equation but Diavolo popped King Crimson early and he just worked his way out.

Once DIO reared his head I sent most of my companions ahead along the Crusader's path, either to provide support or prepare the field for the final battle. In the meantime I stuck behind and used therapies both physical, mental, and spiritual to help Holly control her stand.
Everyone understood that DIO still needed to be stopped, but Holly couldn't stand behind while her dad and son risked themselves, so she joined up with the group just before Luxor.

With demo charges taking out most of the outer mansion, DIO had to additonally contend with Iggy, Avdol, Holly, a press-ganged Hol Horse (Yana is a humanized Shoggoth with Ghost perks, intimidation comes naturally for her), and Jotaro unlocked timestop early AND he had 30 minutes longer before sunset.
suffice to say https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFjE5A4UAJI

after that, it was just a matter of hauling ass up that one mountain for the 99 rings

Updated Percy Jackson jump with some stuff from Magnus Chase, also cleaned up formatting and made a couple other tweaks. Hey guys. Anon who got ate by Elodie here.

That chain, Elodie went on for another few dozen jumps...

Only to die in Bayonetta after she was arrogant (Pride Mantra does a number) enough to take this drawback:

>-The Infinite One (+600CP) (Takes up both Drawbacks): This isn't good. Rodin has decided he does not like your presence in this world, and wishes to handle you personally. He has access to both his angel form and demon form, and will not hesitate to use both to their fullest. Should you beat him, a month later he will return and adapt to your techniques, even stronger than before. Should he win, he will destroy you to turn you into a weapon, and will take your place in your adventures.

Late war American heavy cruisers were pretty fucking baller.
108 8" shells per minute from a Des Moines ain't nothing to fuck with. And the Alaskas were basically pocket Iowas.

There's a reason why I ran a pretty cruiser-heavy fleet in the Kancolle jump, and it's not because cruisers are my preferred class.

>>
>>43680021
I know I'd be giving the exobyte powers as part of the jump, and current lantern rings as well, but I don't know what to do with the blank exobytes... I don't like the idea of limiting the jumper, but giving access to a technology that can recreate abilities as powerful and diverse as those in DC just would be too much. Maybe only the exobytes you get from JC work post-jump? That would let you mess around with them in jump without a bunch of people scanning anything short of God with them.

Any ideas on how to handle this would be appreciated.

Sooo, Origins aren't just the rock-paper-scissors of Pokemon then. But metaphysical essence of swords?

Then could other people could have Origins of "Knowledge", "Lithium", "I am a Dragon", or even "Cheese".
>>
Y'know, that's a chain idea that'd be fun.

Not necessarily a shapeshifter-sword like Soul Eater, but the Jumper is a living sword - or for using /tg/ terminology a Possessed Weapon.

Where's a good jump to start off somethin' like that?
>>
>>43683337
Soul Eater.

There's an entire origin with origin locked point buys for doing that.
>>
>>43683337
Kill la Kill lets you jump in as a uniform. As in a power armor level piece of cloth. (Vampire Alien space cloth, but still)
>>
>>43683331
No. Origins are very specific to the person, no two people are known to have the same origin.
Canon Origins include: Sword, Imaginary Numbers, Binding and Severing.

Morover Shirou is fucking weird. Most people also have an Element they are associated with. Air, Earth, Fire, Water, or Aether/Void.

Shirou's Element, is also Sword. Dude is fucking weird.
>>
>>43683349
>not necessarily a shapeshifter-sword like Soul Eater

>>43683354
Possessed... Loincloth?

Kilt?

Bikini?
>>
>>43683331
>Knowledge
Yes.
>Lithium
...Probably?
>Dragon
Yes. Dragons are a Phantasmal Race that I'm pretty sure is extinct by modern age, so I'm not sure what that'd do. Maybe a budget Prana Reactor...?
>Cheese
Almost definitely. Sadly, will not make you magicka.

Now, something worth keeping in mind is that having an Origin and being awoken to your Origin are two different things.

Being awoken to your Origin is the kind of thing that will invariably drive a vanilla mortal insane. Like, serial killing cannibal insane. (To be fair, his Origin was hunger, and it turned him into Gluttony from FMA basically, just without the powers.)
>>
>>43683384
Really stripper-like magical girl outfits are canon.

Mech suits and flying tanks are also canon.
>>
>>43683361
Imaginary Numbers is actually Sakura's element. A non-standard one like Shirou's, but still an element, rather than her Origin.

Since we're on this talk, I might as well mention the KnK ones: Stillness, Refutation, Worthlessness, Taboo, Void, Nostalgia and Consumption.
>>
>>43683384
Nothing so modest as those, Anon.
>>
>>43683361
>>43683331
Also do note that "Binding and Severing" is a single origin, not two origins.

Also, simply knowing what your Origin is makes your Origin effect your Magic even more than it did already.

>>43683422
I would swear it was her Origin, and Worm did something weird to make it her Element.
>>
>>43683384
Tops and Bottoms.

Worse yet, when activated you become something that makes even hardened streetwalkers blush.
>>
>>43683361
It's very strongly implied that Avalon 'fixed' his Origin and Element after the trauma of the fire to Sword. Stuff like the fact that he actually does retain memories of pre-fire, but they feel like they belong to a different person. That's not just trauma, that's 'Avalon used old me as raw materials to make a new person.'
>>
>>43683416
I kinda wanna know what the Origins of the various Jumpers are.

>>43683443
Except that Prisma Ilya showed that even in an Alternate Timeline where he didn't get Avalon, he was still a Sword.
There is just something wrong with Shirou. Avalon may have made it worse, but Shirou is an oddity already.
>>
>>43683452
Prisma Ilya can't be trusted for shit. That's like saying 'it happened in Carnival, clearly canon.'

Possessed whatever. Also, not possessed, but actually the clothing. They're composed of parasitic entities called Life Fibers which take the form of clothing and draw blood from their wearers in order to survive, while also granting their wearers incredible powers. Limiting the overall area of skin contact allows the wearer to not lose so much blood, and, in the case of evil life fibers (which most are, because they're evil parasites), prevent the wearer from going berserk.

As a Kamui, you can basically decide what you look like, but skimpier is better unless you don't care about your wearer losing blood and/or going insane with power.
>>
>>43683479
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CuvzIG5hwBU

This is a lesser version of that clothing.
>>
>>43683478
Actually according to Nasu, all of it except for Carnival is canon.
Because Alternate Time-lines/universes, which have been a thing in the Nasuverse since Zelretch was first mentioned. Or Archer, whoever was brought up first, I can't remember.

Prisma Ilya deals with two alternate timelines of the universe, one has a "seemingly" normal Shirou, the other has a Shirou who was never touched by Avalon, but is still a Sword.
>>
>>43683431
I think it goes that she had the Imaginary Numbers sorcery trait (Harry Potter-tier magic genetics stuff) which let her eat spirits.

Then Zouken gave her the Matou magecraft, which let her create temporary pocket dimensions where spirit stuff is devoured completely with no way of defending itself, end of story.

Then Angry Manjew gave her the evil juice needed to make it work on flesh and blood people.

My Origin is Postponing, if you care.
>>
>>43683452
well, if we want to be literal, in Kara no Kyoukai I bought the dual origin perk for "Adaptation" and "Structure"
I'm basically the midpoint between spiral and anti-spiral
what would that look like?
>>
>>43683515
And there's no way of telling anything else that may have happened in these timelines or what about Shirou's life that may have changed to make him a sword that differs from the mainline.
>>
>>43683530
Either a circle or a straight line, your choice.
>>
>>43683530
Well Kara no Kyoukai lets you choose your Origin, but I meant more "What would the various Jumper's Origins look like if we didn't get to pick our Origin?"

>>43683539
But it's still two out of three known timelines. 5/6 if I wanted to be a cunt, but I'm not going to be. So in 2/3 timelines, one where Shirou wasn't touched by Avalon, Shirou is a Sword.
It hints that there might just be something wrong with Shirou himself.
>>
>>43683452
I went with "Possibilities" for mine.

>>43683571

>>43683610
>my divinity setup from Wakfu
what?
>>
>>43683452
>I kinda wanna know what the Origins of the various Jumpers are.
I went with SCIENCE!
No, really. "SCIENCE!", all caps, with an exclaimation point at the end. It is distinct from "Science", because it is more insane and involves occasional logic leaps that somehow work despite not having reason to.
This isn't that much of a barrier in Fate.
If anything, it's more able for the setting.

Fun unrelated fact: In Dan VS I got a shirt "bearing the safe for work word that best describes me". That word was "Science?" for the same reasons.

You know, Worm Anon said that the legends that you're in because of The Making Of Myths from the Swords and Sorcery jump take place before any others, making you a primordial figure to even the oldest things in a given setting. Which means that you'd be to Gilgamesh what Gilgamesh is to everyone else, in terms of seniority. So I'm imagining taking that perk, meeting female Gilgamesh, and her boastful attitude turning into a weird "notice me, sempai!" thing.

Before, I'm guessing. Gilgy Gilg is one of the first kings of civilization, true, but civilization existed before he was born. You start as THE first. One of the very first cities.
>>
>>43683918
The earliest point you can start is 12000 BCE. The historical Gilgamesh was estimated to live sometime between 2800 and 2500 BCE. You'd predate him by nearly ten thousand years.
>>
>>43683939
Wait, no, I'm misremembering. Just rechecked and the earliest start is 10000 BCE. So you'd only predate him by 7500. Still a lot of time before that Johnny-come-lately shows up.

Fundoshi (Japanese loincloth) could work for males. The gentalia region has a lot of blood flow. The female uniforms seem to be a slingshot bikini, as it only really covers the gentalia and nipples.

The funny thing is less clothing you have on better off you are. The main protagonists all have less clothing, and there's even an organization all about fighting in the nude. They have anti-life fiber weapons that can even destroy a Kamui.

There's actually more than one jump that gives you gender-switching abilities.

Unfortunately the one I remember best is Unholy Heights. The perk is A New Arrival, costing a mere 100cp and giving you two powers. The first is the ability to attract tenants of your preferred species and gender. The second is an at-will magical-realm gender-retcon ability that has nothing to do with the actual game that the jump is based on.

There's another jump in which kids are secret agents, I think, and you can buy a gender-switching raygun.
>>
>>43684611
That'd be the Kids Next Door jump.
>>
>>43684611
Codename Kids Next Door, I believe. The Girlifying Rifle and Boyifying Rifle. Two separate devices, not one all-purpose swapper. They also cause amnesia, though, so they're kind of creepy. Er, more creepy than involuntary gender changes already are.

... holy sheet. Whether or not it was intended as a magical-realm ability, as written it's more of a Russian roulette game:
>All normal residents of a world will have their history changed to reflext their new gender
>history changed

No mention of safeguards, zip, zilch, nada. History of the entire world gets rewritten so that the creature in front of you is now a different gender. Well. As written, the power just says "you will have the ability to switch any creature's gender as you please". So presumably individually, but there's nothing apparently stopping you from changing a bunch of people one after another.

Huh. So...there seems to be a Neverwinter Nights jump that may or may not be a WIP?

Drawback: Literally Damned Thieving Drow, Camera Issues, Double Down (1300)

Rolled Neverwinter Nights 1

Officially Human, Divine, Age 17

Communion (Free)
Wisdom (1200)
Chanelling (1000)
Divine Magic: Spontaneous (700)
Arcane Magic (100)
New Friends: The Knower of Names (0)

Bonus Scenario: 2

So uh. Not gonna lie, mostly going into this one blind. Probably do as usual and whizz around on a hoverboard instead of travelling by cart or horse? Also, apparently we have a city to nick or something. That'll be a laugh. That said, only two things are certain during our stay here:

1. That Drow thief just screwed their own species hard, because every. Single. Piece of gear we own is supersaturated with more corruptive essence than a Reaper's butthole. Especially the nanoforges, and the femotomachines maintaining them. Not to mention much of it is sentient, and all of it is loyal to us. And depending on whether the Light of Terra or various giant robots count as "gear" the Underdark may be experiencing a serious overcrowding problem.

2. Apparently True Names are a thing in this setting. Also apparently, our new friend knows all of them. We will be having some stern words with Lolth to damn well return all our gear, and with some tribute along with it.

Dunno. Demigods do slightly different things in those settings.

Though if you picked the same parent for both settings, I suppose you'd have a good chance of being accepted as a semigod.

Har har. Not like that.

The whole fourth war was basically me inserting myself into the Kings' trio and going from there. Alexander was generally fun to be around, Saber got introduced to a successful non-pathetic version of herself from the King Arthur jump (was some SERIOUS dressing down from older Arthuria to younger, let me tell you), and Gilgamesh... Well. His pure-hearted, Chaotic Good, not yet Angra Mainyu corrupted arrongance got my attention. So, I engaged my full glory, and went to introduce myself.

Suffice it to say, he met his equal. Then I looked at him, 'hmmm'ed, and switched the gender to see what happened.

Austin Powers' twin perk may or may not have also been used.

Got him to blush, I did.

Don't forget to clone her! You'll be hardpressed to find more worthy opponents otherwise.

>multiple Jibrils

>battle fanatic who gets off on killing
>cloning them to have a war in a place where they can't die permanently
>Survivors going to give him death by snu snu
>Those in the hall get him on the respawn
>It never ends

It's like you want anon to enter a hell of his own creation or something, ASA.

Use the Arena. All the opponents she could ever want. Dragging her out, though...

And so the Jumper taught Jibril how to love, and her heart grew ten sizes that day. And the jumper was very chafed. Very chafed.

But I don't think she has the parts required for that.
>>

>clone Jibril
Huh.

>sample Jibril's DNA
>sample her magical profile
>use umpteen magitech perks, skills, and impliments, and a healthy dose of RE virus crafting
>JibrilRetrovirus.kek
>infect Pink Tide
>8 billion Jibrils
>laughingjumper.exe

She does, she reacts when her parts get removed due to the game. She's also described as the embodiment of 18+, no way she's missing the bits.

This plan is wrong on so many levels. Do it.
