Been trying to torrent various different things for a while. Tried port forwarding, vpn in my browser, etc. Any suggestions? Desperate for new gaymes.

lol how's that going to help?
Chances are your ISP is traffic shaping.
Make sure to enforce protocol encryption in the torrent client settings, then try again.
Also, make it use a random port on startup.
Port forwarding on your router shouldn't be an issue; NAT punchthrough takes care of that. Make sure your local software firewall on the PC (Windows Firewall or whatever) is allowing Deluge to communicate through the firewall.

Deluge is a shit, its very weak. Try switching to something like qbittorrent instead.

So I use pia.
Do I need any of this?
I've just been firing up my utorrent and making sure if I get knocked off pia my internet shuts down.
Am I ok?
Nothing yet from my isp.
Everytime i want to download a torrent via Deluge
I get disconnected from my router .
WTF
I use Transmission for everything, it just simply works
