1) Adapt the passing game: With virtually no changes from the Oline, you will have to rely on short and quick routes. Involving their FB, HB and TE would be more useful than any wideout at this point.

2) Work the Oline: They basically rely on Andrew Whitworth right now and their rookie TE who isn't a good blocker. Work with double teams and keep it simple, make sure everyone on your offense knows what are they giving up for extra protection.

3) Involve more people in the running game: With the current state of the Oline, it would be better to have multiple RBs sharing the ball than just make Gurley work extra for the same amount of production.

Is it worth it? Nope, the team is still far from being competitive. Better develop your unit for future seasons as you would want instead of making "preventive" moves to win a few more games and miss the playoffs anyways.
