He got exposed hard in the first 20 minutes. Way too many turnovers for a man who is supposed to be an expert at the breakdown. I suspect the Canes targeted him at training in the same way the Saders did Beauden Barrett as a major threat.

I should add on from this that he did play well for the rest of the time he was on the field, but if he wants to guarantee the starting 7 spot, he needs to learn how to handle pressure from a team as good as or better than the Canes
