Like with every mock draft, I'm assuming a few things will go a certain way. One, I'll bite on the love the 49ers and Lynch seem to be showing Kizer after his interview. Could be a smokescreen, but he has the measurables so I'll roll with it until I have better evidence they're just playing games.

I'm also assuming there will be a run on CBs and LBs and NOT QBs (if they're smart). The Saints pick is a coin flip but you're right in assuming Jones is probably the safest bet there. I have Humphrey going there simply because of his aggression and potential.

Williams has the "look" of a #1 reciever, ala Julio Jones, but it wouldn't surprise me if the Eagles pull an Al Davis and go with John Ross.

The Davis pick falls in line with my LB frenzy. The Redskins need an ILB desperately and he might not be there in the 2nd. A bit of a reach at 17 but I could see it happening.

Pats taking Njoku just seems like a good pick to me. He has great potential and would be an asset for Jimmy G in the future.

The biggest problem with Pryor is that his route running isn't great since he's a QB transfer. That being said, he's a tall, athletic freak and if you just want him to catch passes over the middle or along the sidelines, he'll probably be able to thrive.

Because first of all the only wide receivers who could properly transition to cornerbacks would be 5'10 manlet slot receivers. Secondly, it would take them multiple NFL seasons to end up as a decent cornerback because they'd have to learn everything from scratch unless they played the position in college.

There are generally plenty of players at both positions that this is entirely needless except in the most extreme of circumstances.
