No, it's sitting on a wheeled platform that they use to move the cars around. They use them a lot during race weekends; you'll see them pushing the cars around the pit area, while they're sitting on these wheeled platforms.

Basically they just jack the car up at the front and back, and slide the platform underneath, then rest the car on it.

Merc RB Ferrari and Williams are all pretty much the same with small changes. They are all good liveries to start with and didn't need to change 2bh.

Out of the cars with a "new" new livery TR is the best
Sauber needs to get rid of that random dip or add a sponsor there and it would be the best.
Renault designed a worse livery than last year's which was a great livery.
McLaren-Honda could have been so much better and just has parts that look off.
Haas fell for the Ron trick of bland with dashes of red.
FI just made a ugly livery.

It's not just the fact that they're blue - it's that they're a deep, METALLIC blue.
