Players staying around the 300 mark. Not to mention even though we had several injuries to a bullpen and starters. We were dancing around the wildcard and above .500. But this?

He doesn't need to rely on intangible stat padding bullshit like Feline Infectious Peritonitis, xFeline Infectious Peritonitis or Police Dog units.

Unless he shits the bed in his last appearances this season, Hendricks deserves the Cy Young, but he will more than likely be robbed because the MLB will want to create a feel good PR story about how they awarded a body that was spending this morning letting sea life feed on it instead caring about the team by staying on land practicing and being alive.

And before you say anything, FIP is a meaningless stat because it's a predictor and not solid data.
