I fucked up bros, was making a little progress and then went straight back to 0.
How do you get passed that sticking point of motivation, discipline and structure - thinking ofhiring a trainer or joining a bootcamp.

Its all mental. If you want your body to change, first change the way you think, then bust your ass, to give your body a reason to change.
I don't recommend hiring a trainer. You need this motivation to be internalized not externalized (aka somebody telling you to lift harder because that's his/her job). Only then can you attempt to build on long-term discipline.
