Yes most papers on graphene are written by Chinese, it's because they are all second rate researchers who make a career out of split publishing trivial research. The difficultly is in making cheap fibres that are cheap to produce in a continuous spinnaret, not making strong fibres, because additives of non-polymeric derived fibres have always been orders stronger.
