I think there's a possibility that it was edited to simply replay the last few seconds, I was watching it and I noticed that the camera from his webcam was slightly unfocusing and focusing back at regular intervals, plus he wasn't moving at all. Again that might be wishful thinking

It's really creepy how "close" he was counting the common friends and so on. Personly I don't care too much for it and found it silly that he had this little willpower to continue and even streamed it. But like I said,being this "close" to it makes me feel a bit weird.
