OP - I don't know if I classify as an asexual

I have definitely lower sex drive than what's normal. I like kissing and making out but I never wanted to take it to the next level, I could never fuck a random dude, I don't enjoy porn, I don't understand tinder, I don't understand nudes, I don't understand the sex culture in our society.

The first time I started to masturbate was when I was 18, close to 19. I only do it once a month or less. I get horny sometimes, often right before my period... and this has left me kinda confused.

I think that I might be a demisexual, but I have never fallen in love so I can't know for sure.

Demisexuality is a meme word. There's a difference between having a low sex drive and having a whole special "sexuality" to make yourself feel special. Maybe you're not after sexual attention but you're sure after some sort of attention by telling people, "oh, I'm demisexual." Because asexuality is abstract term for individual with less or non existent sexual urge. You can look up DSM 5 if you want to have psychiatric diagnostic manual for it. Basically humans are too complicated and asexuality is not one diagnosis the same way as depression or schizophrenia is not one single diagnosis as there are multiple different ones.
