Single malt is made from just malted barley, at one distillery.

A blend is basically a mix of single malts from different distilleries, then they add grain whisky (whisky made from cheaper grains like wheat and corn) to make it go further.

Black label is a decent one though. It's about 40% malt I think.

All the ones I mentioned are single malts. They are all quite mild so it's pretty unlikely you'll buy it and hate it. If you're concerned go for the Highland Park. It's quite similar to Black Label (they both have a smoky note) and if you get it on Amazon it's the cheapest of the ones I've recommended.

Been getting very small pains in my chest, lads. Located to the upper left area, just under me nipple. Only ever happens when I go out for a run, but lately it's been happening when I've been doing nothing, fortunately it only lasts for roughly 10-15 seconds, tops. Went to the doctors and had an ECG and a blood test, was told my Troponin levels were too high. Had to take another blood test, and the doctor said it was fine lol

But he's referred me to a cardiologist, and labelled me as "Urgent". I'm worried I might have a heart attack, a stroke, or something bad, lads. I personally think I've been having Angina attacks, but I'm not a doctor.
