-Property damage. Again, right off the top of my head, I know Elliot crashed his car into a number of places. That's a great deal of money to pay, either from the public or the owners themselves. A financial burden on normies, one way or another.
-Emotional harm. It goes without saying that Elliot's spree traumatized normies. Pic related. Observe the look of abject terror on this roastie's face. Her life will never be the same quite again.
Worse still may be those associated with the victims of the crime, including Elliot's. These are sons and daughters ripped away from their families in the prime of their lives. I relish the thought of their lifelong pain. Elliot's own family is torn apart, both deprived of their son, and marred by his actions. If I recall correctly Elliot reconsidered his actions when he came to the sorority door, reasoning that since he had already attacked a few people, the police would get to him soon, and he did not want his final resting place to be in the sorority he hated so much. He may have not gotten the high score, but aside from Breivik and maybe Cho, he was the only mentally stable shooter who accurately represented to some degree the beliefs of robots.
